I never thought i would rate any clinic with 5 stars. This place is really good . Staff shows empathy to patients. I was sick and went today with no appoint. I spoke to person in reception and he accept to register me.. beside the doctor, she was so good and i done Xray and i have seen her again.. All that took me less than 1 hour and half to finish and leave. Thanks for everyone helped me today.

Emergency clinic. The Dr Godue was very nice and efficient. My appointment was scheduled online and I was seen on time and immediately. However, the ‘nurse’ was super nasty about my French accent (and I have sinusitis and a sore throat so obviously I am trying hard to speak anything). She even made fun of me (laughing in my face) when I didn’t understand a joke at my expense. Caught me off guard being so sick and needing help. Wish I told her off.

The best place to have a good and fast customer service . doctors and nurses they are super good , friendly and respectful please don’t waste your time to go somewhere make a reservation online and just go there you never gonna regret !!Thank you Dr bourbonni

Bad service from the receptionist they are rude and not helpful. I try to call the number to book an appointment with a family doctor its always busy. I go in person they tell me to call the Same number meanwhile they number is always busy

I have been coming here for years and for years have been inconvenienced by constant renovations.And now they took away all privacy any patients had from other patients by making the waiting room a hallway in front of the patient consultation rooms.Also now they’ve moved the emergency to the 1st floor… with one small elevator that’s inconvenient to people like me who have a disease causing chronic knee pain.Anyways maybe they should be doing something better with their money than constantly moving everything left and right and rebuilding everything, they’re clearly rich.

Totally disappointed! French is my third language and of course it is not perfect but can carry a conversation...But when it comes to health i prefer english if possible.....There is a nurse or secretary working in this clinic when asked if she could ask me the medical question in english she totally said straight forward she was not speaking to me in english and continued her questions in french....I was shocked ...Unacceptable to talk to people this way....There is always a better approach...Shame on you!

Today I went there for visiting the doctor and doing the test of Covid.I really can say that it was the best experience that I've ever had in health care services.The staff were very friendly and helpful.I truly appreciate them.

Absolutely disgusting people who work at this clinic. I understand that French is the official language, but for the elderly immigrants who do not understand nor can properly communicate in the language, you have to do better. My poor grandmother who cannot express herself properly in French called me in order to have me translate for her and all I could her was the rude receptionist at the clinic SCREAMING at her that she cannot take the phone. Is it really that serious? No, it is not. At the end of the day, it should be a basic human reflex to want to help, especially those in need. Extremely disappointed to see this is how the people who have built this country and province are being treated. Absolutely gross and disgusting. DOIS-JE LE TRADUIRE EN FRANÇAIS ?

I think i had the best experience when dealing with sans rendez-vous. I've been sick since dec 31(a flu:fever, cough, runny nose, congested, the works), and i still had a very bad cough and thought i had bronchitis since i was having trouble breathing. I've been trying to go to different clinics in the area for a week and everytime i would call they were either already full or closed. I went through rsvq and entered in my personal details the day before, and got an appointment for 9 am the following day. I was running a bit late and when i called the telephone service indicated that the clinic was closed. I still took a chance and went to the clinic as i had nothing to loose.. When i arrived, the clinic was open, and they were able to put me between patients even though i was 10 mins late... after 20 mins of waiting i was called to see the doctor. The doctor was helpful, knowledgeable and the process was quick and easy. I will be recommending this clinic to all my friends and family in the area. The only reason i gave a 4 star and not 5 was because the telephone indicated that the clinic was closed, very glad i still went. Also the cafeteria is open on the weekends, and they have the option to pay by debit which is great and it also has a pharmacy in the same building which is very convenient!
