I'm not sure what those 1 star reviews are about. Been coming here for 5 years.First off, there is HOT WATER! Always is!Top notch establishment. Owners are super nice and accommodating as are all the staff. Never ever had one bad interaction.Very clean space and upkept machines!If you have a concern they take care of it amd make it right.I can't stand these 1 star reviews people give to honest, hard-working businesses and owners. Get a life!Keep up the good work Tommy Suds!

Great Care. Impeccable cleanliness. Excellent Service. A nice, comfortable coffee lounge for customers to have a bite and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while their clothes are being washed. All machines are permanently and carefully serviced, cleaned, and maintained.

First time here, little warmer then some places. Cafe okay. Staff friendly on site to help customers, bit of a plus. They except laundry wash and fold for folks, plus.Decently will keep using this place.

Cleaner compared to most places in London! And not as shady, lol! Has a cute little cafe to sit and eat at while waiting! Great experience all of the times that I’ve been here.

Machines are good for the most part. Medium sized was about 30lbs max can can be done for $3.50 and is just over 45min. Close somewhere in 8pm area depending on location. Times are up to date online. More expensive than a place I like that's always open nightly to 10pm.

Lots of different sized washers / dryers. You can buy soap at the desk and there is a change machine to get coins for the machines.Drinks and snacks also available to buy while you wait for your laundry.

It was our first time here, but we will for sure be making this our regular spot. The place was super clean, lots of machines and everything was really taken care of. Even the restrooms were really clean. Didn’t use the cafe because we brought our own drinks not knowing about the cafe, but that’s a super convenient thing to have. Fantastic location!

Great laundromat for your laundry and particularly comforters and large items. Inexpensive soap, softener, and dryer sheets available. Little cafe available while you wait.

Extremely clean place!!! I find this a very big plus! The washers and dryers are all different sizes. They are cleaned as well. Staff is incredible. The cafe is amazing and this has become my families spot for laundry. I refuse to go anywhere else as their not cleanly like tommys suds. I 100000 percent recommend! 10 out of 10.
