The receptionists here are very unprofessional, incredibly rude and not helpful at all. They are very poorly mannered and does not seem interested to speak to the patients to accommodate their needs with regards to making appointments upfront and on the phone, which is technically their one of the most important responsibilities. I am honestly considering switching out from this place solely because of how horrible the services at the reception are. I would have left this place long time ago and the only reason I am still here and am giving 1 star in the review is because my physician here is very good and helpful.

This is worse health care service provider in Ontario. I’m not sure how they are in operation or are maintaining patients’ list.The front desk reception is extremely unhelpful, rude, unprofessional, and always in rush. For instance, they provided wrong fax numbers and phone numbers to the labs, which resulted in delayed health care services on the expense of the patients’ health.Only positive comment I have for this place is that they provide multilingual service to cater the needs of immigrant population. However, I feel highly skeptical as to what kind of quality service they are providing to the immigrant population who do not know their rights or understand the services they are offered.

We as a family are grateful for over 25 yrs of association with Dr. Sadry,Dr. Aziz and Dr. Sarvar at this clinic. Their compassionate care, professional attention and follow up is unparallel. The reception is amazingly helpful and patient, with a special mention to Naheed. As for the COVID vaccines, I have not seen a smoother and more efficient manner in getting everythingorganized.CONGRATULATIONSdear doctors and staff. We are so grateful and honoured to have you as our primary health care centre. Keep up the good work. We appreciate your, relentless service to us. Special regards from my 91 yr old mom, Urmila Naik. Would like to give negative stars to this very unprofessional and rude clinic made so only by the receptionists. They don't have any courtesy and no manners to talk to the patients. They do not have any professional training in customer service. If you want to visit a doctor be prepared to wait for 3 to 4 hours. Though the doctors are good at the clinic it is their responsibility too to see if the patients have any issue with the clinic.If there is any responsible person in the management of the clinic please check these reviews and try to resolve or at least reply.

If i could, I would give them a negative (-5) Star. The receptionists here are extremely rude, unprofessional and annoying. You have to wait on the phone forever. Dr. Aziz is a Horrible Doctor. He will for sure shorten your life.

Absolutely horrible place! The receptionist was one of the rudest women I've ever talked to in my life. She was short with me, rude, and overall not one bit helpful. While on the phone prior to coming in, she hung up on me. Nobody there can barley speak English, and they look down on you because you can't speak Hindu or whatever other language it is that they speak in front of you. Basically racist.Would NOT RECCOMEND, period!

If I could give negative reviews I would. Absurd wait times, and booking appointments doesn't even exist since if you call them it goes straight to voicemail regardless of the hour. Doctors are great, but you really have to consider if it's worth it. I've been a patient of Dr. Sadry for 17 years, so I'm stuck with this service. Find another family physician. Also on the note of not having a patient by this name, the owner's acknowledgement or denial of having a patient by any name is in direct conflict with patient privacy laws and patient confidentiality, I strongly suggest not responding to reviewers with such sensitive information.

Forget about Customer care and Telephone manners, they do not even have minimum Courtesy.Every time they call me, my day just ruins. I have noticed the receptionists who call for booking appointments, have no interest in hearing our issues regarding our availability, they even hang up in between the conversation. WHO DOES THAT?? I am still tolerating them only because of my Doctor, Dr. Al Mohawes. She is an amazing doctor. (one star is only for her) I am ready to drive half an hour to visit her if she practises somewhere else but she doesn't.My earnest request to the authority will be, please hire some customer care experienced receptionist. If it is not affordable, kindly train the already working receptionists just to act like a HUMAN because a little bit of CARE means a lot the the patients and their family members.Thank you

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place. They don't care about client's time. You get an appointment and still you have to wait for a long time sometimes even hours. The receptionists are the worst I have ever met, very rude and disrespectful. This is not an one-time experience, it happened again and again. I am doubtful that they have any academic certificate/degree on medical office administration/public service. You will definitely get a real-time experience how people run a doctor's office and treat patients in third world countries. I am definitely going to change my family physician.

I used to go to this place until I found a new family doctor. Dr. Sadri is terrible, long wait times of 3hrs + even with scheduled appt. Confidentiality is not her forte either as she hinted to my family some of the medical issues I was experiencing. Would not recommend anyone go here.
