Coast Coal Harbour Hotel - Lot #1977

The location of the hotel is great near many attractions, restaurants and train/bus routes…it is 7-10 minutes away walking from Stanley Park. I found Green Leaf salad bar couple of minutes away with yummy middle eastern food. I loved the hot tub…I used it twice. The room had a view on the harbour and city…very cool but it was floor 7. The room was super clean and I loved the comfy bed. Everything was working great and the Starbucks coffee was great. The reason that I gave it 4 is the reception staff…they took so much time to give me the room, one access card did not work and I had to go back to reception to fix, so much paper work and not even a simple smile or interest in me…like where are you coming from, how can we help you, …etc.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

One of the most comfortable and clean places to stay in Vancouver. Definitely be back again
