The Burrard

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. A wonderful little place to stay. We were only there for one night but will definitely stay again when we are back in the area. The coffee shop downstairs is nice and the parking felt secure. I highly recommend The Burrard.

Love this place! It's our second time here and we love it! The location is perfect, close to everything. The neighborhood is safe and my kids had lot of fun playing table tennis. The staff was very friendly and it was nice to have an EV charger available. We will be back!

Wonderful location and room. Very much enjoyed my stay. Elsa (housekeeper) certainty was a bright light with her smile and courteous nature. She certainly goes out of her way to make your stay special.Only downside was the fridge in the room is very very cold, so much so that our water turned to ice in the morning. And that’s the only downside to those who don’t like cold cold beer. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

I discovered this hotel on Instagram, and seeing pictures of a courtyard full of palm trees, knew I’d want to stay here. The room was very clean when I arrived. The location is excellent. I found several late night food options within a 10 minute walk, and was able to walk to Rogers Arena with 30 minutes. It was very quiet at night, and I never heard much road noise. I would stay again

Loves my stay at this hotel. First the staff is wonderful. They are really taking care of details and are really friendly. The Room was very comfortable and very clean. The courtyard is a plus. Quiet space downtown. The location of the hotel is just great. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place is a scam.We made the mistake to trust the positive reviews. In retrospect I believe those reviews were bought. This place is definitely not a 3 star hotel.We paid almost 1000CAD for 4 nights and had to sleep in 16 degrees Celsius because there was no heat. As we complained we received a heating fan which was very loud and because of that could be used only during the day. As compensation we were promised to get back one free night which didn’t truly happened. We got back only 180CAD from the 250 promised which by the way is way too less for the fact that our vacation was destroyed due to the fact that we got a bad cold.The bathroom is very small, coffee and water were not refilled every day, walls are thin and you can hear everything around you, windows are to the hallway outside so you have no privacy.I will fill up a complain against this place and try to get my money back.Stay away from this place and remain healthy!

Loved our stay at the Burrard. Very cool, retro style, great location central to everything in Vancouver and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice bonus that there's a great coffee shop connected to the lobby. If you have time, they have ping pong and a fire pit in the garden area. Would happily stay here again.

Enjoyed our short stay here. Marked with 2 foot of snow. Rooms are well appointed. Good water pressure and feels safe. Little rough around the edges, almost charming. Would he’d back for a few night but not much longer.

The Burrard hotel was a fantastic experience. Extremely welcoming and helpful staff, awesome rooms with air conditioning, comfy bed and pillows, free water and coffee (and you can ask for as more waters if you need extra), cool atmosphere (fire pit and games in the centre), central to Granville and lots of restaurants, the list goes on. Would recommend for everyone and definitely would stay here again in the future. 10/10

Room was small, but very clean had AC and the most affordable place we could find! The staff were amazing and so friendly. Has a very cool little outdoor courtyard with firepit and when we called to have it lit they immediately responded and literally ran up to turn it on for us. All in all, definitely recommend this place!
