For some time now I have been under the guidance and care of Dr. Mizel and his team. There is a level of confidence in knowing that as a patient I am heard, acknowledged and cared for. Max, Sabrina and Chris are consistently welcoming, courteous and professional. I always feel supported by them.Dr. Mizel, kudos to you and your Team for assisting me on my healing journey. Dr.Mizel is an amazing professional and caring person. When I was suffering from excruciating headaches after surgery, the medical staff’s solution was painkillers. When I arrived home, I emailed Dr Mizel and he came to my home, treated me, and the headaches disappeared. I had suffered for 5 days in the hospital with no relief and he addressed the issue immediately. I couln’t believe that he dropped everything to come to my home to look after me. Truly remarkable.

I absolutely love the staff here!!! They are fun and friendly, and so helpful with payments and schedule. It always brightens my day when I come here and I leave with a wide smile just from interacting with them. The treatment is ofc just as good. Very thorough consultation, followed by a treatment plan set out for you. They also listen to your current concerns, so if something specifically bothers you that day they will go the extra length to help you with that as well.

Dr. Mizel was so kind. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and consistently asked if I had any questions. I have never felt so listened to at a medical clinic in my life. Very friendly office staff as well!

Best place in city, a true gem that Doctor Mizel and his staff are. Polite and respectful. Find him very good at his practice.

Limited clinic. Only open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. Done chiropractic all my life. Seems to have hours for retirees. Didn’t even get into a new patient consultation. Receptionist also booked me in without me agreeing to it. Further went to accusing me of not showing up. I heard great things about this clinic from referrals but not a very welcoming environment to a young and busy lifestyle. Call me crazy but my old chiropractor had great hours. 6am-10am and then an afternoon evening shift. Before you got your day started I would get adjusted. I get not all clinics can be accommodating for everyone.

Have been going here for regular adjustments since last October 2021 and have been a patient of Dr Mizels for several years now. Dr Mizel, Maxine and Sabrina as well as the rest of the staff are always courteous, helpful and I feel they do have my best interests concerning my health in mind. I have and always recommend them if I know of anyone who needs their services!

I was a patient of Dr. Scott Mackenzie. I first met with Dr. Mackenzie on Tuesday May 31, 2022 after I suffered a workplace injury on May 06, 2022. All throughout my treatment Dr. Mackenzie has been more than just my chiropractor, he’s been a mentor sharing his expertise to assist me to get better and to recover from my injury. He is very knowledgeable and has the know how on how to cater to my individual recovery needs without using the cookie cutter approach.However, with every positive review, sadly I must say there are usually negative reviews. This afternoon I had an appointment with Dr. Mackenzie. My appointment was for a routine adjustment as well as the filling out of forms. I was asked from my supervisor to ask Dr. Mackenzie to fill out a Treatment Memorandum & Functional Abilities Report.After my appointment I asked Max the receptionist if she could fax off the report for me as I had left my wallet at home and I would gladly pay at my next appointment. She said, “We do nothing without a payment first” I let her know that she could debit my visa card. She asked me, “Do you have your visa card”. I told her, “No”.I told her, “I thought you could just bill my visa card as you already have it on file”.She said, “NO”!I asked Max again if she could fax my form in because I had to go back home and come back again. She responded by saying, “Well you can go and come back again”.Doing so what she had requested would put me in a great inconvenience as I had another important meeting I had to attend to, I decided to acquiesce and go back home and race back with visa card in hand. When I got back to your office, Max was nowhere in sight, thus making me wait. She eventually arrived. Not caring much for her attitude I asked to speak to Dr. Mizel. She abruptly responded, “WHY DO YOU WANT HIM, HE DOESN’T KNOW YOU”?I responded, “Well I want to know him”.She took my payment with no thank you and faxed off my report.I left your office feeing not overly positive with her attitude.On June 21, I called your office two times and left a message on your voice mail. I called at 1:46 PM and 1:50 PM. As a rule I always like to return a call within 24 hours. Max did not have the courtesy to return my calls.I have not had a positive experience with Max since day 1. She comes across as abrupt and not at all personable.I decided to do some sleuthing on my own and went online. I came across your website and read some very positive and some not so positive reviews on your website. The negative reviews are all concerning your receptionist.It is very disconcerting to me when I am treated in that manner.Perhaps she should seek image consulting because her poor attitude really does reflect on your business.

Lovely staff, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Dr Mizel is extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately- he’s very reassuring and I stills confidence in the process.

Such a professional, Dr. Mizel is how every doctor should treat their patients. Truly cares about your recovery. I would 100% recommend Dr.Mizel to anyone looking for a chiropractor.Chris is a great physiotherapist too, can’t forget him.
