I completed my two day Standard First Aid & CPR Level C course this week. My instructor Maged was great. From the very first moment he memorised everyones name and that made for a friendly environment. The knowledge he imparted was very helpful and he was always willing to answer anyones questions. Taking the course with Maged as an instructor was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thanks again.

I took the Standard First Aid course last June and had a fantastic experience. Unfortunately I cannot remember my instructor's name but I found her teaching style to be incredibly helpful, easy to understand and caring about her students despite the 2-day length of the course. Everything I learned about first aid through this course was invaluable to me during my summer position as a camp counsellor, and the entire process was quick and easy. The location is also great as you are downtown and have lots of options during lunches or breaks. I'll definitely be returning in two years to refresh my certification!

Great experience with First Aid 4U. The process to sign-up was very straight forward and Maged was an excellent instructor. He was very engaging and explained all the material very clearly, making it easy to remember. Will definitely recommend to any friends/family looking to get their certification/refresher!

Catherine was a great instructor. She was funny and light when discussing dry material, yet serious when necessary. The CPR & AED course went by so quickly, I really appreciated her class demeanour. She was patient with students who were a little slower to grasp the techniques as well which I thought was very kind of her. You can tell she really is passionate about educating citizens on preparedness. Thank you Catherine! :)

Catherine is a fantastic instructor who is very kind, engaging and knows her stuff! I’ve taken many first aid courses over the years and I upgraded from EFA to SFA because I enjoyed her class (and it’s a great deal too!) we had a small class which was great and meant lots of time to answer questions and give personal attention. I attended a first aid and CPR course at this location and I highly recommend them. My instructor Gabe was amazing she was very confident and knowledgeable of the material and she made the course fun and interactive. I have taken the course numerous times prior to taking this one and this course was by far the best. I can confidently say I would feel comfortable providing my first aid services to someone if need be. Thank you Gabe.
