The little man used my gas ticket number to pull a gas permit without my knowledge, months after we had a falling out. Nearly fraudulent in my eyes. Very dishonest.

On multy-family duplex development in west Kelowna, ADEPT advised us to use slab-on-grade with integrated footings (and radiant heat), which allowed to save on construction costs as both foundation system and floor slab were completed by one pour for each of x10 buildings. They also coordinated well drainage and water main service layouts for installation before slab pour.
