My experience at Rockland Pro Physio has been exceptional right from the beginning, starting from the reception staff right to my my physiotherapist and the physio assistants. I have required physio many times in my past and I will say Eric Chen has been the best physiotherapist I have ever received care from. He is professional, caring, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I am more than satisfied with the care I have received from him and cannot praise him enough. My surgeon was more than satisfied with my progress at my six month post total knee surgery. I had a 130 degree bend and no pain. I attribute this to Eric and the staff at Pro Physio. I highly recommend them.

I been have been going to Pro Physio in Rockland beginning 3 weeks after my full knee replacement surgery in September 2020. It has been a lot of hard work but my physio therapist in Rockland, Eric Chen, is the best. He is very knowledgeable and great at his job. He listens and shows me the exercises to do at home and follows up with an email containing the exercises. He is very hands-on and works the tissue to make the knee bend and the leg to straighten and does not rely on machines to do the work but uses them as an add-on at the end of a session when required.Additionally, I find him a kindred spirit with the same sense of humour as me and he always makes me feel at home. He and the other staffs have helped my through the COVID-19 restrictions and have been pretty much my sole source of contact during the past 8 1/2 months. Thanks Eric for all your help. I have had recent knee surgery and went for bundle care through the hospital. They don’t care at all left me on the bed to leg pumps and never came back. I was there for 40 minutes hoping for some service. I walked out! Please do not go there ever. They do not care!!! I am beyond disgusted! The whole purpose of this program is to rehabilitate and give you the tools to get back on your feet. Shame on them!

I went to Physio in an extreme amount of pain in my lower back and pelvis from a fall, I was nervous to go due to the pain. I had Eric and from day 1 of going he eased my nervousness and was amazing at getting be back to 100% over the last few months. He is so patient and knowledgeable takes his time to make sure everything goes smoothly without much pain. He genuinely cared at how I was doing and making sure i am getting the best care possible from him and the staff. I have had the opportunity to utilize several physio location in the Ottawa areaPro Physio Rockland has by far been the most welcoming and professional setting. Meagan at reception is over the top friendly and helpful. Eric is efficient, thorough and informative. Not only does he take the time to do the physio with careful attention to the methodology , he also offers clear explanations of the exercises and process along the way.Tanya, his associate proceeds with the ultra sound and electric impulse therapy with precision and clarity, also walking through the various exercise that have to be done at home. Trying to maintain an active lifestyle has proven to be tricky in my 40’s but luckily I’ve had the amazing staff at Pro Physio to help get me back on track. The happy and positive staff from the moment you walk in the door help put you in the right mindset. The knowledgeable physiotherapists have helped get me back running and working out following a couple of different foot related injuries. They were great people to put my trust in.

Very organized facility. Was impressed with the assessment from physiotherapist Sam for my daughter and myself, explained the issues very thoroughly. Treatment was varied including complimentary therapies along with exercise. I felt like everything possible was being done to speed healing. Assistants were very personable and enjoyed working with each of them. Direct billing was appreciated!

The staff at Pro Physio in Rockland have been fantastic. Eric myPhysical Therapist was awesome and I can't thank him enough. I went to see him for my Sciatica pain which was excruciating at the time. Eric tried different combinations of treatment to which I am now pain free. Thank you so very much, I really appreciate all your help and patience, you are the best. I highly recommend Pro Physio in Rockland and it will be the only place I will go to in the future for any physio treatments. Thanks again.

I went to the clinic for an assesment and program that would help me improve my mobility and eventually lead to freedom from the walker.I was interviewed by Pierreline and a biweekly program started to work towards that goal.After 2 1/2 months am 4improving.The entire staff have been courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with my program and making sure I am comfortable at all stages.I am truly thankful to have found this clinic and staff that are there.
