Worst customer service ever ! They are supposed to be the one stop shop for all things bbq related. NOT!! And their staff are rude and very unhelpful! Need bbq stuff? DON’T GO HERE!!

Tried to find GrillGrate to the size of my grill. Found a staff to help but all he said is they don't have it and walked away. Should provide solution and tries to understand my issue. Floor room and bbq very well maintain and beautiful as usual
