My experience here isn’t the same as others who haven’t had a good one. I’ll agree yes the service was a bit slower however I dont mind at all as this seems to be the only location where the food is actually hot. Every other BK in this city is serving cold food. Who wants a cold or semi warm hamburger? So I don’t mind a small wait for something hot.

Takes more time to bring out the food than in fine dining restaurants. If you’re at the drive-thru, it’s usual to wait anywhere between 40 minutes to an hour before you get your junk.Either management is incredibly incompetent or there’s not enough staff or everyone in the kitchen is incompetent.I avoid this Burger King at all costs because I simply don’t have the time to waste.Corporate should seriously consider reviewing this restaurant in particular. Something is very wrong here! You shouldn’t wait that long to get food that’s called “fast food”.

Had lunch here. Quite busy with a lineup inside and some cars in the drive thru. Dined in, and the food was ready very quickly! Had a Nashville spicy chicken sandwich with fries and Oreo shake. The sandwich was good, with a nice spicy bite to the meat and tasty pickles, but the bun was a little dry. Fries were salty and thick. Oreo shake was just as it should be. All in all pretty happy with my first burger king meal in years!

This place is decently run, hard to say too much bad about it. However, I do find the drive-thru lines to be very long at times and I end up taking a pass and getting food elsewhere.

Should not have opened so quickly.I understand this is a new location, however, as this is already an established restaurant chain, the service, quality/accuracy of product, cleanliness, and wait times are deplorable. We waited well over an hour for 2 meals, there was overflowing garbage in both the restaurant side and on the kitchen side, and the service was not very impressive. In addition, they left out a sandwich, which thankfully we noticed, however upon actually eating the order, it was completely wrong. I ordered an Impossible Whopper and they gave me a beef Whooper, and my husband ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave him a fish sandwich.Again, I understand this location is still new, but they opened way too quickly and still cannot recover. I have also submitted a complaint with BK and while Corporate is quick to respond, the actual restaurant has never responded to my concerns. Save your money.

Today I got a whopper with cheese. It was good. I appreciate the service accommodating my dietary restrictions. The lettuce and tomato were lacking in flavour. My biggest concern was the cleanliness. The one bathroom was out of service, and the other had USED WET toilet paper on the floor, it was DISGUSTING. There was random sticky spots and garbage everywhere , in the dining area and the kitchen. They also messed up the persons in-front of us order. This new updated location has potential to be a busy location,If they just clean it up.

This burger king has the worst food that you can imagine. They never follow instructions. The food is cold and old all the time even when you ask them for fresh. Burger patties are always dry, which shows they have been sitting out for long. Also They gave me a wrong order

Home of the Whopper has landed at Sherwood Forest Mall plaza. This brand new location includes dual lanes for drive-through option. The Burger was delicious as always. The signature, flame-grilled, smokey taste is the bomb. Make sure you hit up the BK website where you can get a coupon for 4 Whoppers for $24.99.

Food is always cold and stale. One of the worst burger kings I’ve had. They always take forever. Any time I’ve went I’ve waited over 20 minutes even when it’s not busy. Don’t waste your money, drive to a further location with better reviews.
