We really appreciate Joel's professionalism, friendliness and patience. He really takes the time to show you the properties and explain everything in detail. The architectural design of Victoria provides a sense of community which is very rare in rental properties in Vancouver. It is also reasonably priced in North Vancouver given its convenient location and the fact that it is a new building. Highly recommend.
