I never have issues finding what I'm looking for. Its my first stop for hair extensions and hair products. If I decide to go somewhere closer to me, I usually end up disappointed with what is available to purchase, or I end up making another trip to K-Laba anyways. I've been going to this place since it opened so 15+ years and have never encountered such thing here or any other place.Lately I have been ordering hair and hair products online because I can get better prices and selection, but this particular day I just went in to see what's new. I found some discounted hair so grabbed 4 packs at $2.99 each. When I went to check out the cashier accused me of bringing the stickers in and putting it on myself.HOW HUMILIATING!! After I said excuse me and we had a stare down she said she was just joking.From now on I will continuing ordering online and save myself the embarrassment. I'm giving a 3 because in the past I have had good experiences. This one that works the weekends is just consistantly rude.

ALWAYS HELPFUL, always great at helping me choose the best wigs and extensions for my type of complexion, staff are always kind and caring, great and VERY WELL knowledgeable on all of their hair products !! Never be afraid to ask them questions sbout their products, the picture below shows my very first curly set wig that i bought from them and it was just perfect for me and my style!! Overall they are a fantastic place to go for your best wig and extensions selection!!

Not a great first experience here. I ended up leaving empty handed because the sales associate told me (after trying on 3 wigs) that I have surpassed their limit of 3 and could not try on any more. On the bright side, I took my business elsewhere and ended up with a beautiful hair piece that I'm proud to wear :)
