Classic Honda Service
I went there for service for first time for my 2021 honda civic. After oil change they forgot to put back screw on my under shield. So, my bottom shield was crashing with the road. I called them to inform it, they gave me appointment day after for two minutes job. Upon arrival, I waited for 3 hours just for 2 minutes job. And then they put the rusted screw on. I asked them to change it with good screw. Lady at the counter told me to come back on next day. After arguing about 10 minutes they agreed to change screw. Again they put rusted screw. Worst service center in the universe. I will never ever visit this place again. I would rather do it by my self or drive 100km for service. But never visiting this place again.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE CLASSIC HONDA FOR ANY SERVICES, unless you have 6 hours spare for the day and after waiting youre ok with an incomplete service.I had a terrible experience. Booked an appointment for Tuesday on previous week Friday for TIRE SWAP WITH RIMS AND TRANSMISSION AND ENGINE OIL CHANGE. I was informed approx 3 hours to wait. I was fine with that, knowing my 2 months puppy will stay. When I checked in, I notified that I have a puppy and if the service could be prioritise, after 4 hours of wait my vehicle wasn’t checked in, I requested for an Uber home which was not consider, I was told we will start on your vehicle immediately, system showed working, I decided to wait an hour or so, still wasn’t done, the csr offered me a rental which I accepted, however, they would expedite instead of a rental, so this is how I don’t have to come back to classic Honda to pick up my car. I wasn’t convinced, however I gave a chance. 6 hours passed and comes the end of my patience as my 2 months puppy for the first time was by himself for 6+ hours. This is when I had to request my car back. They returned my car back with half done work.I am not confident on quality of partial work completed, if something happens/accident who is liable ? Please advise on escalation process ? My puppy is traumatised because of you guys.I do not know if they even changed oil or just systematically showed it’s done. I get Paid $***/hr, contract l took a day off to get 2 basic services done which was partially done. Unless you’re under warranty, I would not recommend going to these guys. This is not a fake post, it’s been more than 3.5 years and I have timely serviced my car with them with the trust that it’s Honda and they haven’t robbed me.Rather go to someone else and get it done in 2 hours or less than loose money by skipping work.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE CLASSIC HONDA FOR ANY SERVICES, I booked valet service for fixing of my AC three days before but unfortunately nobody came to pick up and I started calling after each hour and nobody was answering phone call. One time one person called and she transferred to second person, he listen the story and then he transferred to third person and she listened the whole story again but no solution and they said we are fully booked cant give you this service day and not tomorrow and there are chances to re-book for next week. Moreover without solving the problem she hanged the phone.I requested to fix in a day or two but they denied this is how I will not come back to classic Honda for any kind of service in future. Unless you’re under warranty, I would not recommend going to these guys. This is not a fake post, it’s been more than 5 years.Rather go to someone else and get it done in 2 hours or less than loose money by skipping work. I will give zero star for service to Classic Honda Service.

Never ever go to classic honda for service this dealer ship is ripped of just changing wiper insert rubber they charged me $56 + tax just for 1 minute job

I am sorry to give this much rating as I didn't receive the level of satisfaction as I was expecting. I don't want to put the details, but I can put in general, every representative seemed busy, and nobody was ready to serve me and when i approached them they todl they are doing somethingat the moment. And for only oil change they took 4.30hours even I had the appointment booked and they advised me it would only take 2 hours as they were busy.

The service advisors are always courteous, professional and efficient, and the assistant service manager, Jonathan Benevides, is particularly impressive. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and always ensures that I am satisfied with the service. The technicians are also excellent and explain everything they have completed.
