I was shopping at store today and was looking for some items. I often saw this Lady and asked her to help me find products. She was so positive and nice, having a beautiful smile on her face. She helped me in finding whatever I wanted. Her name is Kiran, she has great customer service skills and helped me on till couple times in the past. She is an asset for this company!

Great store and friendly staff. My only problem is that there’s not enough cashiers and some of the dairy and meat products have too close of expiring dates at times. And the store desperately needs to get some wifi. Every other store in Ladner has it. Other than that this is a cheap store to shop at.

When it first opened, it satisfied all of our grocery needs. Now it only takes care of about 10% of our groceries. Their meat sales are great and they have enough stock to last until the next sale. Unlike No Frills where the sale items sell out in a day, I can always count on finding it in the week.

Well stocked and clean store. Just watch out for expiration date. I got a pack of Sprite that has a best before date of Mar 21 in May!

There seems to be alot of expired or near expired and improperly kept products at this store.Check your products well because hard to return them .Also not sure how they get away with selling damaged legally don't think there allowed to,do to contamination issues.

This grocery store is the worst I've seen. Their produce is rotten in a matter of 3-4 days, their potatoes are rotten from the inside, in three years of shopping there, I've never once gotten a fresh loaf of bread. Their meats are the gamiest meats I've ever had. And the limited selections it's not even worth shopping there. Stop calling it Freshco" and start calling it what is it. The exact opposite."

Simanjt didn't provide good customer service when I purchased a few items & paid at her cashier line. On Thursday, June 15th. I finished paying & she proceeded to push my items along b4 I could put away my cell phone which was being moved along with my purchased items along the conveyor belt with any signs of stopping. I believe she wanted to hustle me along because she was anxious to finish for her break. The management should assess her courtesy and manners in how she treats customers.

This place is a pleasure compared to the dirty old Safeway which used to be there. FreshCo is always clean and has excellent stock of many hard to find items. Safeway and other big stores are cutting down on lower margin traditional brand products and replacing them with fancy-named, cheap, high profit, made in China, unhealthy junk....IMO.

The best prices in town, by far. Decently clean and well-stocked. But usually long lineups, express till often closed. When I lived near Jarry's I often went there instead, even though it costs twice as much, just to save long minutes of standing in line. That said, it's been something of a lifesaver during this inflation period.

I am an employee that works at this establishment. The prices are great on everything grocery and produce, but I would personally buy meat products somewhere else for the lack of freshness. Expect great prices but quickly approaching expiry dates. There is not enough employees on cash at all times, especially from around 3-6pm. They do have amazing ethnic selection however, and carry all of the necessary staples anyone would need. Staff mood is mostly friendly and content. I would recommend this store, I rate it 7.5/10.Im using a fake burner account for this review for obvious reasons
