I've recently switched over to using Eco Planet for my janitorial needs at 1 of my residential building as a trial. The service has been wonderful and most importantly the communication has been outstanding.

When I was looking for a cleaning company my friend recommended to contact EcoPlanet. It was a very professional customer service. They did great job for the reasonable price, and as a bonus they are using Eco friendly materials. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you EcoPlanet for your hard work!

As a new member on strata council, I was reviewing the products we were using and the costs incurred to strata. I learned that Ecoplanet was hired here for vacation relief for our caretakers. During this time they had installed Purell Hand Sanitizer stations on the assumption that most other buildings they've worked in have requested them. The only issue with this was the ridiculous amount of mark up on the refills. Mind you this was during the start of COVID19 and there was supply chain delays due to prioritization to health care industry. We had asked them to remove them as we would use our own means of more cost efficient sanitizer stations. The owner Djuro, threatened us with a $900+ dollar tab to remove dispensers we had no requested and have no contract showing we had requested them. Their prices are also very high compared to other companies or their competition.We had a meeting to discuss this matter with Djuro. He was aggressive and got very heated very fast. It was a rather unpleasant experience. I'm not sure if its the old school sales mentality, but that doesn't work in this time and age of how business is done. Phil his right hand man was very knowledgeable however also lacked follow up in regards to having these dispensers removed.If I have any advice for anyone doing business with them, make sure you have contract/agreement written up. I'm surprised the Better Business Bureau hasn't audited them for such poor service. The fellow who keeps giving 5 star reviews by the name of Nick Moroso likely is an employee who left these reviews. As for everyone else that's left a poor review, everything rings true. Only thing that likely keeps these guys afloat and still in business is that they capitalized on marketing their focus on their environmentally friendly products" and keeping their wallets fat.[UPDATE] In response to the owner's reply

Eco Planet is a clean and respectable company. The staff is super friendly and the owner Djuro is one of the most down to earth people I have ever met. I would highly recommend this service to anyone that has to fulfill their cleaning and managing needs.

I'm a vp on the strata council for a high rise in Surrey. These guys are absolute clowns and rip off company. When checking what time their cleaner came in not only 45 min late but while looking at the cctv saw the person go into the tiny tiny janitor closet and close door for 1 hour 20 mins and then come out and put away a cell phone. And then at no point did any of the rep or manager accept or apologize instead just defensive and aggressive and avoiding the topic. Absolutely ridiculous they subcontract their employees and hire anyone willing to work at what peanuts they probably pay the caretaker they gave us couldn't operate a simple email account and had no related experience. They then had the audacity to invoice us for all this nonsense supplies we didnt even order or want there is absolutely no integrity or quality control and markups on supplies is biggest rip off probably their main revenue stream. Do not consider or do business with this company

As a member of strata, I am not impressed at all with the service and cost. I suggest you look elsewhere before hiring this company. Snow removal was absolutely useless, arriving in the evening after a snowfall and going over what we had already salted and shovelled. I would also check to make sure this company is not owned or run by your strata management company (Rancho).
