I got my dreadlocks by Rob and I’m loving them. He took time and put a lot of work into it, turned out precisely patterned. He Such a nice person, 6 hours flew by talking.

After careful consideration and numerous recommendations, I chose Rob from Koil Hair Studio for my dreads. I am very happy with the results. Rob was very thorough at explaining the process and maintenance of my hair, and did an excellent job putting the dreads in. The total process took less than 3 hours and I felt like I had know him for years after my first visit. Rob is a real journeymen of the trade. I recommend him to anyone looking for more than just an average run of the mill budget" hair cut ."

An ABSOLUTELY awesome experience.Recommended 100%.This white girl got dreads and is thrilled!Rob did the dreads and did a great and thorough job at answering questions and helping me understand all of the requirements.Sandra did my bangs and helped wax the dreads and was very sweet.Am very thankful for the experience and am looking forward to the 1 month appt.Looking forward to the continued dread journey with Rob and Koil Studios.

Came to him because I've been trying to find someone to put the work in to weave loose strands and this person said they were the person for the job over the phone. Definitely not because he just snipped the loose strands and put my 2 inches of new grow into the same hole over and over to the point I'll have to go to another place to fix them or the dreads I have been growing for 15 years might pop at the base. Pretty much the same job you could get anyone off the street to do for you for $120.

I brought my son to Koil to get dreads done. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He took the time to keep my teen entertained (and not focused on the painful process of getting the dreads done), all while getting the job done.I would highly recommend going to see Rob if you are interested in getting dreads done.

I’ve been going to Koil for 15 years. I started seeing Rob back when I had dreadlocks. He fixed up some shoddy work I’d had done elsewhere and I was very impressed with the results! Once I cut the dreads off I began going to Sandra for colour and styling. She is amazing and always makes my hair look naturally blonde. The service is amazing and friendly, and I always get compliments on my hair. I highly recommend Koil!

Amazing Experience it far exceeded my expectations, my hair looks way better then i could imagine. Rob is very friendly and easy to talk to hes also very into what he does he will take the time to explain everything to you, he let me choose the thickness and everything of my dreads and took the time to explain aftercare and is available for any questions or troubleshooting if need be. Highly recommend!

Rob at Koil does amazing dreadlocks.My dreadlock journey landed me at 'Hive' first where I didn't like the work done (looked like Sideshow Bob) and when I later went in for maintenance it was no help.After that I turned to Koil and after 1 appointment following his process for a month I have amazing looking dreads, there are no stray hairs, the dreads are nice tube shapes, and already feel pretty dense.Absolutely love Robs worked and advice anyone thinking of getting dreads to go directly to Koil.
