I recently visited Marshalls Peugeot Medway Gillingham to renew my motability lease and order a new car I received a text asking me for my feedback and rating I give Marshalls medway Peugeot 3 stars satisfactory on a scale of 1 to 5 Marshalls Peugeot replied back saying their disappointed with the 3 star rating so because of their ungrateful response I have reconsidered my rating and reduced my rating to one ⭐

Buying the car was the easy bit.but trying to get the car sorted when things went wrong was a nightmare no one wants to talk to you,I have had the car for 8 months had loads of problems from doors not locking to car not charging no heating in winter and now no air con absolutely fed up!!! it would be lovely if marshall would sort this out and soon...

Avoid poor aftercare and will not get back to you on warranty claims!Tried contacting by email, by phone and even visited the dealer in person to resolve a small claim on my warranty.The staff will pass you around to avoid you and your claim, when I did manage to see someone they say they will make your claim a priority and make sure the manager will get back to me. Heard nothing for a week and still do not respond even when calling them again.Unacceptable service in my opinion, in addition to their shocking service they have the audacity to send you a warranty renewal letter when they don't even process your current claim. It just so happens that the warranty renewal cost is the same price as the repair on my car!The best part is they dont have a complaints contact details so they can get away with not having to process it nor deal with any issues when they arise, this not right in my opinion another garage who can get away it poor customer service.

I can honestly say that Hardeep Bamrah is a shining light in a sea of dark. He went above and beyond to source a vehicle as soon as he heard our circumstances and achieved the near impossible making ours and our children's lives more bearable. There are no words to describe our gratitude, his customer service skills are second to none and he is an absolute pleasure to converse and meet with. He utilised every avenue possible available to him and with the help of general manager Ben managed to find us a suitable vehicle in less than a week when other dealerships told us it was impossible. We would also like to thank Ben for his efforts as even though we never personally spoke he did his utmost to assist Hardeep in getting a positive outcome. These two gentleman may never truly understand the difference they made in our lives but we will be eternally grateful. I wish them both success in their every endeavour and can not recommend them highly enough.

We bought a used 108 from here a couple of years ago. We have all our work on it done here. We've got a Peugeot extended warranty. The clutch will not disengage and they have said that they can't look at it for nearly two months. My wife needs this car to get to work. Recently they have been asking me to go to their event for buying a new car. I won't be buying another one from them. We bought ours before they took over the dealership and several people, including staff, have said that it has gone downhill since then.

Me and my wife came here looking for car I must say it was most pleasant experience I've had in a card dealership for a long time. We was lucky enough to get a salesman his name was hardeep. A brilliant guy no pressure no hard sell or nothing any questions was answered directly and no beating around the bush and also the after sales was excellent as well communication was excellent one of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with.!!!!

I brought my Peugeot in to get an issue solved that my usual garage couldn’t do, I was told that the timing belt was faulty and I had 2 options - reset or buy new, I chose to get it reset. I was told whilst the mechanic was in the process of resetting the timing belt he noticed my cylinder head cover was faulty and assumed that this was in fact the issue and convinced me to go ahead with changing the cylinder head cover instead of doing the timing belt. I said this was fine as long as it fixed my car. The total for this (including replacing the rear passenger light) came to £696.7412 hours later I start my car and the same issue occurred, I brought it straight back to Peugeot and told you nothing had changed in regards to my cars performance. You inspected it and you found that in fact it was the fuel pump. You completed the works and charged me a further £579.59 and as no manager was present I was unable to discuss the previous work and how I felt it was wrong that I was expected to pay for the previous works even though it was incorrect. I had no choice but to pay under protest as I needed a car as I have 2 young children. I feel scammed and upset that I’ve lost a lot of money because of the mistake your mechanic made in the first diagnosis. I have already emailed Dennis and I hope we can come to some sort of agreement before the matter is taken further with the ombudsman as it’s truly been the worst experience I’ve had with a garage.
