Customer service is lacking. Yelling at employees while im assuming the employee was training by the confusion on her face all while customers are standing right there. Then continuing aggravated tone to customers.

I ordered the new rice bowl. It looks wonderful on the coupon, fresh, big, colorful. It was expensive. I ordered the steak and cheese and just watching what they were putting into it I knew it wasn't going to be anything like the picture. They are small. They are overpriced. The avocado was rotten, the sauce was rancid, the meat was mushy and overcooked, the rice was hard and undercooked. It was a very disappointing experience. 2 thumbs down subway and if I had more thumbs, they'd be down also.

When we walked we were not greeted. She was rude to her coworker and told us our coupon we had received in the mail had already been used. She didn’t have very good people skills. It felt like we were inconveniencing her. We will be going to winkler from now on.

Never go to eat here! I ordered 3 foot long sub all veggie petty and all for the veggie petty were cold she just directly put it on the sandwich from the back. I asked her to put few strips of different sauce she just add some of them. At the end when she was reaping my sub most for the vegetables and sauces fall out of sub she just threw them out in garbage and didn’t even add new veggies or sauces. AND MOST EMPORTANT THING SHE WAS VERY RUDE!

I'm extremely unimpressed by this sub and the person who made it tonight. After I spoke up about how it was made he stated, that's how he felt to make it. I even noticed that there are still notes on the back for the employee to follow while making the sandwich, I've never had the lettuce put on top and the other veggies lazy spread across. And the fact it's smothered in mayo which I didn't ask for.In the over 5 yrs I worked total in 2 different provinces the sandwich artist training has always been the same. This sandwich is a disgrace and tastes like mayo, green peppers and pickles. Barely can tell there's lettuce at all.You get paid to be trained for the job, don't think they can't take the pay away if you don't follow guidelines. I refused to ask him to make me another because of what he said. Now I'm wishing I would of told him to just throw it out! It's gross.

Really good Subway. Restaurant was recently renovated and looks very nice. Very clean, fast service, employees were extremely friendly. Sub was good and the bread and veggies was fresh. Cookies were fresh and tasty as well. Bathroom was very clean. Highly recommend.
