I suggest you do the research and make sure you ask questions before going forward with this option. They were amazing to me when they were convincing me to go with their company. After wards the “kindness” and “support” was non existent. I called once to ask questions, the gentleman assigned to my case didn’t realize he put me on hold and I heard saying bad things about me. When I tried to address it he hung up on me. I then tried reporting it to manager who dismissed my concerns. After that I decided to not follow thru with them and they refused to refund over 1000 dollars they already took from me (all of which was not put towards my creditors) they called it “fees”. They actually have to collect over 3000 dollars of your money before they even start paying your creditors!!!! The first 3000 is theirs. It’s better to work with your creditors yourself. ! THIS IS NOT THE ANSWER FOR YOU!!!!!!!! Trust me as a single mother of 3 I learned this the hard way.

We started this whole process feeling incredibly overwhelmed about our financial future. Going into bankruptcy or consumer proposal sounded so terrifying and like it would end any hopes we have for our future. The team was very helpful. The agent I was initially paired with was very nice but he stopped responding to my messages after two calls so I ended up reaching out to customer service. I was transferred to Farah and she is such a nice person. I am absolutely satisfied with their services, very professional and I appreciate the importance they put in for mental health. I made a phone call to get a few questions answered, and was kindly greeted by John Lee. He explained all options for us and the pros and cons. He answered emails, and phone calls within an amazing timely manner. Such a sweet person! Was set up with Bonnie within a week, and they worked with our schedule.
