Disappointing, waste of Tax payers money and time. No one in the waiting room, but waited 1.5h to have to leave. Can only imagine what would be if there is 2 ppl, sure will be overnight wait. Don't waste your time. Might die there before dr shows up.

There was a short wait time so I was seen quickly but I would never go back due to unethical practices. I consulted a nurse practitioner about acne, the nurse practitioner told me that my only option was birth control, despite asking twice if there were other options. Now I am aware that there are many different topical and oral options for acne and I ended up getting a prescription from the doctor at another clinic. There were no logical reason why she didn’t not offer me alternatives or tell me to talk to the pharmacist about the otc options. Not to mention birth control is not a first line option for mild acne indications. Even the doctor was surprised about what the nurse practitioner told me. Her actions were unethical and if I could remember her name, I would report her to the public health authorities for her unethical behaviour as a “health care professional”

I have tried to go twice for my 3 year old son. We did not get in either time. Both times was suposed to close at 430. First time went at 11am. Was told there was no doctor so they couldnt take patients? Second time, I was there at 130 and was told they stopped taking patients already. Waste of time trying to find parking at the hospital, had to walk with my son in the cold a few blocks away. Wont go again. Need to work on their staffing.

So i get this cold with an uncontrollable dry cough, i share my symptoms with the NURSE, (not a doctor) says it needs to develop further before she can prescribe me with antibiotics.Funny when i went to another walkin clinic, the doctor prescribed me meds after a brief diagnosis. Rating this place 1 star is a compliment they do not deserve.

Came on a Sunday one person ahead of me, only 2 people in clinic including myself , and waited over an hour to be seen , would not recommend unless you have the time to burn,Typical clinic run by shared health

I absolutely love the nurse practitioners here. They do more than my doctor would. Never rush you out and actually listen to you.

I had to go to a walk-in because of poison ivy. The first time i went there with big blisters in my arm, nurse Cathy who attended was great, advised me to continue using the same cream i was given by another dr from another clinic who is not available thats why i went here. Cathy even gave me extra pads ang gauze to cover the blisters ang rash after she wraps it perfectly. After a few few days i had to go back because its spreading into other parts of my body and the discomfort is becoming extreme. Nurse Jennifer looked after me, and i don't think she loves her job, she's rude. She even told me 'its just poison ivy' although she finally gave me another medication orally because she sees that its spreading.i asked her if i can get a med certificate for at least 2 days until the discomfort feels more manageable so i can concentrate with my job she said ' WHY?, thats just poison ivy' . WCB even allows for a short term disability whether or not its your fault you contacted poison ivy. She just don't have empathy or she doesn't know what empathy is. She looks like she's tired or she just doesn't like her job. She didn't even offer to wrap my wound. I had to ask if i can get some gauze and plaster so i can wrap my wound/ rash/ blister. She just gave me 2 small pads that covers just 1/4 of my arm!!! My whole right arm below is covered with rashes and big blisters. She doesnt even know how to do her job!! I'm not in the mood to really point out how incompetent she was. I've been there for 4 hours already and i just want to go home.

I went in two days in a row, the first time was for a rash that they identified as poison ivy and gave me a cream for. I went in again the next day because it had gotten worse and I was in extreme discomfort, they gave me some medication to assist with the itching & discomfort as well as a stronger cream. Both times I was seen quickly and all the staff was very kind and helpful. Following my first visit I received a call in the evening to clarify some information on my chart, while at first I thought this wasn't necessary, it proved beneficial when I returned the next day.I think that the quickness at which I was seen & treated is in part due to the fewer patients due to COVID. Despite only taking one patient in at a time, I still didn't wait very long, in fact when I went on a Saturday morning, I was the only patient. The staff was great at ensuring guidelines for COVID safety were met, and I was happy to have to wait between patients if that meant that rooms could be cleaned between patients.

I received prompt and courteous care from the Nurse Practitioner when I went in with a suspected UTI. The test came back positive, I took the antibiotics prescribed, and my infection resolved. I have brought my daughter a few times as well and we have always received quick, respectful service.
