Nick Jubran did me wrong as a selling agent. As as highly excited buyer to 21 Upper Ridge Cres, Brampton I waived the financing and inspection as i got it done. Minor deficiencies in the property was requested to fix, but no response was given back, and then the 4 DAY condition was up. Next day I called Nick directly and not thru my agent and he stated that I didnt get financing and the deal didnt go thru because of that. Im so confused. HE IS A LIAR! i have sufficient documents proving my side and my calls are recorded. Filed a complaint with RECO. I would highly recommend not dealing with Nick Jubran or his realty. SELLERS AND BUYERS BEWARE!!! SOFT SPOKEN BUT CONNIVING!Addition: he told my agent on day 5 that there is another offer at 19k more. Of course he will deny it but that was a potentially a way to get more money out of me.
