Golden Limousine International

This is a fantastic company they are very dependable and the cars/buses are clean and updated. Ive been working with them for about 6 months and have been extremly impressed. The buses I've driven are all leather seating with pergo floors most which are forward facing seating, good for long distances or just a short transfer as in a wedding or a type of corporate events. For something with a need of a wet bar we have a Mercedes Sprinter with wood trim and wraparound seating which fits about 10 people. I attached a few pics I've taken while on the job. We loved our experience with Golden Limo. We got married June 18 and we wanted some fun transportation from the ceremony to reception. I have never used a party bus or limo service before so I was very nervous. They do most of their work via internet/email. I had some concerns when I never spoke directly to someone so I decided to email the company to have someone call me. Shari called me almost immediately and eased my worries. She walked through everything from costs to day of details. Once we booked, everything else was amazing. The bus was very clean and looked like the pictures. Our driver was Roger and he was on time and very polite. Whenever we got off the bus, he was there at the door to help us ladies out. I will definitely be using Golden again!

Used Golden Limousine for my wedding on Oct. 1st. I ordered a Trolley and they showed up with a coach bus. The driver had never drove it before, no Bluetooth, no radio. We had to ride in silence to my reception for 45 minutes. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do. Somehow they could not look up my contract either. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.

My daughter reserved a point to point pick up and they were only suppose to charge 90.00 we've been trying to resolve the issue for over two weeks and no one is responding to our calls and emails Gretchen will not return our calls they charged my daughter over 700.00 for 30min. My daughter has the receipt for the original quote of 90.00

We used golden limousine for our wedding day in August and they were wonderful to work with from the initial contact to the end! The driver was on time and got us to where we needed to be. I searched around a lot prior to our wedding and by far, golden limousine was the best priced! I would recommend them to everyone!

We had an amazing experience with Golden Limousine and cannot recommend them highly enough.Even after a major scheduling snafu (totally my fault, I accidentally booked the wrong date originally) they were still able to provide a party bus for my group with less than 24 hours notice (on a crazy busy concert day) and COMPLETELY saved the day for us.Our driver Patti was amazing and we will definitely be asking for her again the next time we book.

I see they say very family oriented, very nice to customers. But Sarah Heed who conducts interviews is very rude, and snarky with employees. Will be rude with a smile on her face. Did I get the job? Yes, did I take the job offer? No, because I would not proudly work for a company when the interview went that horrible and getting dismissed in such a rude manner. I hope no other kind souls waste their time with Sarah Heed.
