After doing a Google search I came across Royal Heating...which had an accredited BBB logo...always a good thing for the most part... reviews that were 5 star...decided to reach out to the owner named Andrew...he was very professional, prompt, and came to view my clients gas fireplace in the building I live in...I was to list the property and wanted to make sure all was ok...after Andrew came out to service the fireplace, he noticed that it needed 2 new parts, as it was not working at all...after servicing, my clients decided to get Andrew to replace the 2 parts, and get the fireplace operational...he did exactly that. It worked perfectly...for a few days, until a major part decided to stop working...alas...my clients decided to get this new part, as it was the most important to the future working of the gas fireplace, when a Buyer decides to make an offer, and after inspection would have asked us to fix it anyways...Andrew came back for third time, fixed the fireplace finally. Very professional, prompt, friendly! Thanks Andrew!

Andrew was smart, reliable, courteous, organized, well priced and efficient. I had him do both my gas fireplace service and replace an old hot water tank. The new tank had a few little glitches and he stuck around to ensure the machine he installed was fully operational before leaving thank goodness. No one wants a cold shower in the winter. Great job. I wholeheartedly recommend hiring them.

Andrew has been servicing our boiler furnace for many years. Any time there is a problem I always call him because he is very thorough when investigating any issues and make sure everything is working before he leaves. I also appreciate the follow up call to make sure everything is still working. Attentive and conscientious. Andrew replaced my hot water tank and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. We also used his services to service our furnace as well.

Andrew quickly replaced the burnt out motor on my furnace and serviced the unit, next morning from my call. Other firms had pushed for me to get a new furnace (parts not available due to Covid") or given very high estimates for repair. Andrew charged a fair price and had the part ready in his van.
