After taking my 2 year old to another Lifelabs location and being rather traumatized (along with my son) as he was unsuccessfully poked and prodded for 20 minutes as he screamed and writhed in my arms, we came to this location (Greenbrook, Kitchener) where the phlebotomist quickly found a vein and made one expert jab; she had the blood sample drawn in less than a minute. I had tears in my eyes from sheer relief leaving this clinic and my son hardly made a fuss. We'll never go anywhere else for my kids' bloodwork.

I make an appointment and they are always on time.

I've never left a review on anything in my life but the exceptional care and attention I received by all the staff at this location will change that. Everyone was very nice and the administration was well organized. They were more than happy to accommodate my wanting to lie down instead of sit for blood work. Lastly, the woman who did the blood work was able to find a vein right away and the process felt quicker than it ever has, and she was so kind and chatted with me to help calm my nerves. Overall, so much better than expected. Thank you!

Very well organized following all covid protocols. I went in for an early test before 9am with an appointment. The wait period from reaching the lab to getting my test done was barely 15 - 20 minutes. The staff is very cordial at the reception. She was very careful & gentle while drawing the blood. She made sure I was comfortable.

Excellent experience. Staff was very nice and it was literally painless when she inserted the needle for blood work. Hardly 5 min waiting. Very happy with the overall experience.

I made an appointment online and went for the appointment when I got to the lab there was a long line in the hallway..(greenbrook location kitchener)I went in to ask a question if I have to form a line being I have appointment and the time is now as I enter before I could speak the lady at the front desk shouted please step outside and form the line I asked what if you have appointment she says doesn't matter. She was very rude there should be a sign to let patients know this rather than shouting. So what's the purpose of booking an appointment if you have to stand in line for 10mins then registered and still wait inside. The technician was very friendly.

The receptionist needs lessons in public relations. Rude. The nurse Tammy, was excellent.

This is a fine lab. Patients can get confused about how the lineup and appointments work, and I witnessed bickering between patients. You need to line up whether you have an appointment or not.

Fast wait times, friendly staff Jason made me feel very comfortable during my appointment and was very professional. I recommend this location
