Winslowe Ridge Retirement Living

Great place to live for the seniors but not a good place to work. You get paid minimum wage to be treated like a slave, they post jobs as a “PCA” title and then make you do deep cleaning and barely any personal care. Cleaning upon cleaning and serving meals for 12 hours for minimum wage. Also thank you to the owner Kelly Manning for lying to the EI agent about me, it got me my EI approved faster because she was caught in multiple lies, telling them I had a car and spend time in my car when I neither have a lisence or a car, and they also fired me for a medical reason and said I never mentioned the medical reason (said to the EI agent.) lots of lies but that’s for that, worked in my favour :)

BEAUTIFUL retirement home. Clean ,Staff wonderful, food good,also lots of activities..with a awesome young leader.. a great place to live at your retirement...

At the age of 97 my mother moved into Winslowe Ridge. She settled into a gorgeous, sunny room surrounded by some of her favoured possessions. As would be expected, Mom was very apprehensive prior to moving. However, it proved to be a change that she would always be grateful for. Winslowe Ridge offered our mother her own space and independence and it opened up a world of new friendships. Our mother not only had love and support from from her family, now she was loved and respected by staff and new friends as well. They showed her so much kindness in her final years. Our family is forever grateful.

My sister Trudy was there before she passed and the love n kindness she got there was awesome, beautiful staff and treats ya just like if u we’re home , I’ll never forget the true kindness she received there and we love them all

Your retirement building is in lack of the organization..We need a front desk in case we needed to talk to our family that works/or lives there. The front desk is to connect the visitor with the works or the tenants.
