Oasis Engineering LLC
I used a technician recently to legalize my basement apartment. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I had consulted two other firms with good reviews who told me that I did not have the ceiling height to legalize. The technician was able to give me advice on how to work with the ceiling height I had. The work permit from the City came within a few weeks without any back and forth. I will use him again for any other projects I have and have no issue recommending him.
