Excellent Service!

This is by far the most unprofessional company ever. They lack common customer service values. I went in to get my dress cleaned and when I got it back it was worse than I brought it in. When I asked for a manager I was told to leave the store. I called to speak with the Manager or owner and was hung up on. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK.

I brought in my one of a kind vintage dress. This dress had no tags to list materials, no care instructions, nothing... It was from the 50s with original lace and bead work but new zippers, fasteners and liner. I was so nervous to have this item cleaned since it's one of a kind, has bead work, no listed materials and a mix of old and new. The care and dedication shown to this piece (and my hand made silk piece that was also brought in) was unparalleled! I was blown away with how kind, courteous and thoughtful their interaction with me was and even more astounded by how gorgeous my garments looks after cleaning. I cannot recommend North Star enough! So grateful to have found a cleaner I can trust with my most unique and irreplaceable items.

Did great on my long sleeve uniform. The collar and arms were ironed very well.

All clean and ready to go within a few days' time. Maybe just a little too much money for me.

DO NOT bring designer clothing to this Dry Cleaner (or any garment to be honest). Brought in a Givenchy sweater with red wine stains, and they completely ruined the garment after telling me they could clean it. The white sweater now has yellow patches everywhere. Not only did they damage the sweater, they had the WORST customer service. They were yelling at me, swearing, etc. The most unprofessional company every. Will definitely be escalating accordingly.

I called this company early in the morning with a last minute cleaning needed to my husband and sons suits. Without issue, he said to bring them in and would have them ready in the afternoon. He was a gem to talk to, met my needs and more. Moving forward, this lovely man will be my go to for any dry cleaning needs.To the lovely lady that was there when I picked my stuff up, you were just as wonderful to speak to!
