This is the second time we have used this company for a home inspection and we were happy both times. We found them very thorough, they took time to answer our questions and walk us through any deficiencies.

Henry was great! We called him on very short notice to inspect a house for us and he was promptly there the next day for us. He was also there for us a second time we needed him to inspect another house for us. Each time he was punctual, and did a very thorough review of the house. He provided us with a physical binder with his review for us to take home after we had a walk through with him when he would show us his findings. Later that day, he would provide an extensive report, by email, with all his findings.Henry is very professional and easy to talk to and will take the time to ensure you understand all the findings about the home. I highly recommend using his services to inspect a home.

Inspection report was detailed and of good quality. It was prepared very efficiently within a day. Henry checked every aspect diligently and also took the time to explain to us any potential repairs or replacements which may be needed in the future. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommend.
