If I could leave a negative review I would. Not at all surprised to see others leaving 1 star reviews as well.The level of professionalism is pitiful as others have already stated- Just a classless company, if you want a snake then this is your place, if you want to get ripped off- also your place.0/10 would never recommend!

Driver always using his engine break when driving down a residential stretch of road in Kitchener, that has an avoid engine break sign. Yet every week homeboy is using his engine break multiple times a week, very disrespectful to the local community.

I was not impressed the manager's bad attitude when I confronted him about their truck blocked my driveway on Nov 26, 2021 on Union Street Waterloo. He told me they have permit to close the road, it is not suppose to be convenient! Is that a permit to close the road meaning they can block the residents driveway and affecting their daily life? He was not apologize at all when I talked to the manager! Bad customer service. So as the construction workers bad attitude! When I told them I will make a complaint, one of the worker said 'Do whatever you want, the road is closed!'

Trucks spew rocks all over the highway. Plenty of stone chips on my hood and windshield. Better cleaning of trucks prior to driving, covering their load and making sure the truck is properly closed might help. It was raining rocks that day.
