I've been a few times now (both vehicles) and usually at a critical time and they've always been quick and honest if it couldn't be quick. I'm so impressed with Jamie and his team, I cannot recommend them enough! Fair warning... headed back soon with a new noise ;)

Had some unexpected maintenance needed on our pickup when camping at Rideau River Park. Talked to Jamie, had me bring it in the next morning, had a ride arranged for me to get back to the park. Work was done efficiently and fairly and same day. Much appreciated.Highly recommend Jamie and his staff.

Solid 5 stars. It's a local shop with a bunch of friendly, honest, and professional mechanics. I would trust those guys on my Tesla MY. They did a good job for alignment and were honest and fair with the pricing and professional opinion. Tesla wanted to charge me upwards of $350 for alignment, while these guys they did a great job for their flat rate, which is about a third the rate of Tesla. The shop is 35+ minutes from where I live but they were worth every mile driven. Great job folks.

This is absolutely the worst auto mechanic shop i have even been to. Workers are insanely rude to your customers and this business is out for your money. Honestly as a women i think i could’ve done a better job. I knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and they charged me extra cost for things that didn’t even need repairs. I noticed that there was also a crack in my windshield once i was home and they were closed or else i would’ve went right back in and gave them a piece of my mind. As well as stolen money from my glovebox!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Having owned a high performance shop, raced and owning 38 vehicles over the years, I am really picky on shops. These guys are absolutely great!! When I doubted what my BMW was telling me I went and saw Jamie & Jason. They found the real issue, repaired my BMW on time and for what they had estimated. They are cheery, professional and honest. The quality of their work is unparalleled. They are now my #1 go to shop.

After doing the change tire change, I was informed 2 of the hub caps did not fit. It's cost me more money to get it switched again so all of the hub caps fit. I take pride in how my vehicle looks and the excuse I was given was hub caps don't matter. They also squeezed my old tires into the trunk with hinge denting and damaging my tires.
