A+++ experience. It started with my first interaction with an extremely friendly and kind lady (I wish I remembered her name) working reception/scheduling. And continued into the servicing/remediation of my plumbing issue that Tomas provided. Tomas resolved my plumbing issue efficiently, was very nice, personable and professional throughout the process. I'll use this company again for any future issues and recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!

Very quick response to the online quote request. Tomas was able to come by the next day and following the quote was able to perform a water line installation for a new fridge, repair of a garage spigot and quick tightening of two faucets. They were on time, efficient and I am very happy with the quality of the work.

Caution :1. Company charges a $45.20 Call out or fees for Quote - which is not informed when you book appointment2. They may overcharge you 2 to 3 times as compare to other companies.I was quoted verbally $438 dollars plus taxes for a 40 minutes work of replacing a Laundry Sink ( I had a new laundry sink and I showed it to plumber - He told he did not need any other parts or equipment for doing the job ) and small water leakage in Garage( 1.5 feet of plastic / vinyl pipe).I found it very expensive . I asked for a paper quote /or quote via e mail before I make a decision. Plumber told me he will send me a quote in an hour. I verified my email address with him. NEVER heard after that - no quotes.It felt like a daylight house robbery.First time in life I experience such a bad service. I was really shocked that how companies make money by overquoting the price -John -the plumber should have Fair price pactise - where their plumbers offer genuine fair price to customersAfter waiting 3 days I called another reputed company listed next to John the plumber on Google.The new company plumber quoted me $150 plus tax - work was completed in less than 40 minutes with life time guaranteed if leakage happened at joints. The plumber also did something free for me, a small issue at time of flushing the WC. In the end that company charged me only $120 plus taxes as work was under an hour, less than what was quoted to me. NOW that's called a service -

Connor was friendly, punctual, professional, and helpful. He tried to snake our toilet first with no success, but gave us options upfront. He came back with a new toilet and installed it in no time. The service was great, done well and the price was reasonable. We would definitely use their services again.

We had an issue with the spigot in our garage . The pipe that cames from the basement burst and we had a small flood inside. We called John The Plumber and they solved and repaired the problem the same day in no time. Thomas the technician arrived on time . He was courteous and professional explaining and troubleshooting the problem. Very pleased with their whole service experience. Thank you for a job well done.

The team who came to dig and install my new sump pump discharge line and new sump pump were on time, did an amazing job and made sure I was happy with the work throughout the day. I cannot recommend them enough, the service was excellent and the price was fair!!

Our hot water tap in the shower failed and we could not shut it off except by turning off the water for the whole house. I called John The Plumber and they were able to give me an appointment the next day (I called on Sunday afternoon). Tomas very quickly and efficiently installed two new taps for us. The shower works like new. This is the second time I’ve used this company and service is impeccable! Recommend them every chance I get!

The best service from dispatch to repair. Greg the plumber is very experienced person arrived on time and work was done accordingly.He explained everything before start repairing. The work was done with grate care, the best part is that he is caring, polite and respectful my kids liked him the moment he walked in. We had great time with him. Thank you Greg you are the best.
