A very clean and efficient experience. Claiming our bags was super simple and our baggage porter was great. We breezed through and were in a taxi within ten minutes. A very pleasant experience.

Horrible. Been in lines for over 45 minutes and completed two steps. Most incompetent process ever.Update 100 minutes and still not made it to Customs.

One of the best cruise port docks Ive seen. Clean, smart, helpful staff everywhere, under cover, convenient. Close to shopping and reataurants. Well done.

3 hours of the slowest boarding ever from taxi to cruise ship cabin. Nobody is really to blame. Rather, the cruise industry has outgrown the terminal. Longshoremen are overworked. CBP doesn’t have enough officers and terminals. Roads aren’t designed for all the busses, vans, and taxis. A new terminal based on an existing successful appropriate volume terminal is badly needed. Until then, expect to check your bags in the basement of a parking garage, expect mis-direction from half of the inexperienced terminal employees who have to deal with different instructions from day-to-day, expect to wait in line for a CBP officer even if you have Global Entry, expect the CBP kiosk to be the old style that won’t read passport cards, expect to get to your cabin before your luggage. And, if you complain, expect everyone to blame everyone else, because, truly, it’s not exactly any one person’s fault.

Chaotic and hectic to say the least. Not enough signage for where to drop off luggage. There was a massive line for the elevator until someone who claimed to work there said there was a second elevator. Luckily a second person came that was uniformed that took us to the right place. Because there were no signs people were able to get into areas they weren't supposed to be in by mistake. Definitely needs more staff and signage to make things much smoother.

One of the nicer cruise terminals that we have visited.

Something to look at in every direction here. Scenery, seaplanes, ships, people, architecture and massive cruise ships in season. Can get very crowded at times.

This port is awesome! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping (high-end included). Their are bike rental places everywhere too. You can cruise Stanley Park along with other cool areas, grab a bite, and be back on the boat with plenty of time to spare. And watch seaplanes land/takeoff. Beautiful place
