Corporations should have absolutely no right to any fresh water, anywhere, ever. If they want to bottle water that is their problem, solely. Let them build desalination units and take ocean water. Let's see if they bother to bottle then. Likely not, why? Because they would actually have to incur costs instead of having essentially free (fresh) water to bottle at insane mark-up prices. Take the power away from these faceless entities and give it back to the people to which it rightly belongs. Do it now, because now is the time.

Our prov. Government failed us again and granted 5 years, 8 Billion litres of public water to be extracted and sold for private gain. Our values in society, in our civilization are completely lost. If we don't protect our water, we don't protect our own existence.

When will humans learn?Canadians consume two billion water bottles per year, which is 5.3 million a day. About 22 million pounds of plastic makes its way into the Great Lakes every year. It's a good thing we are land creatures...one day soon this will catch up to us.God help us.

How many fake reviews can this company pay for? The amount of five star this place is so clean" reviews are repulsive. Nestle's compensation for the water they extract is nothing less than criminal. Leave Aberfoyle and Canada for good. No Stars would be preferred."

Just heard that this giant corporation Nestle" is suing the small town of Osceola Township for not allowing Nestle to pump even larger amounts of underground water for a beyond ridiculous low cost and bottle it and sell it to everyone for ridiculously large profits. I just made a decision as well now to stop using their products and I have t little kids and lots of their products in our house. Also just realized while writing this review they own Perrier as well which I drink ALL the time... guess its time to switch to club soda which I really don't mind at all and its way less expensive. Lets try to keep in mind that bottled water companies may take our water and sell it back to us, but they also sell it to people who don't have the access to clean drinking water and this bottled water is something they can go out and buy to support their water supply needs.In New Brunswick, a lot of those families who go without clean drinking water are on the base, and every time they do curtain test (test they do so they can fight to protect us) the water isn't clean/healthy to just drink, so instead of boiling water to use it they buy bottled water.

Nestlé is bottling precious groundwater, polluting our environment with plastic, charging an exorbitant premium for a basic human right, & won't respect the wishes of nearby communities or Six Nations. They will never get my business for this reason.
