I think this realtor bases his valuations of properties on the fact that it is easier to sell at the cheaper end of the spectrum and hence easier for him to earn commission quicker. I would not rcecommed this realtor and especially to folks selling at the top end of the financial property ladder.

I was really impressed with service I received from Carly O'Toole at Royal Lepage. She was our company's agent when we were looking to invest in a multiunit residential building in Saint John, NB. William Tarr helped us purchase our first property and we couldn't have been happier with the result.
