These guys went over and above for me in store. I made the mistake of booking an appointment for an oil change and tire swap but my tires didn't have rims on them so the appointment would take longer than the time allocated. I am moving out of the city in a couple of days and because of this, they stayed late to put my tires on. Honestly so professional and appreciated. I highly recommend this Midas location and their team. They didnt know how stressed I was with a to do list longer than my arm and how much their extra kindness meant. Thanks guys!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and to get the brakes looked at. Since the wheel's are taken off to check the brakes I asked that the front and rear wheels be reversed since the rear tires were wearing faster than the rear tires. A couple of hours I returned and was informed that the brakes needed to be replaced, the oil change was completed and the tires were exchanged. Guess I should of checked everything before I drove off. The wheel's hadn't been reversed. Should I trust this location to do the brakes or try another location or maybe another company.

I made an appointment with Nethaniel at the 50th street location of Midas. I went to get the tire swop. He is very knowledgeable actually pointed out on to the tire condition and made me aware of it. Would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been a loyal customer to Midas on 97 st, but they were booked up so the girl booked me in here. I had an appointment for 5pm, and the manager William called me at 4:41 pm to tell me he got backed up and I’d have to reschedule. I did not answer the call because I was ALREADY ON MY WAY. while trying to talk to him, he literally just got into a car and walked away. Never had such awful service. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Would never recommend MidasEspecially this shop. They take advantage of you don’t know anything about vehicles!!If I could give a zero star I would.I came to Midas for a sound my car was making AND to get a general inspection as I am driving across Canada.At pick up I was told the sound was fixed it as my backing plate rubbing on my rotor… then told a few general things that need to be fixed. I left no problem. The next day I noticed my car was still making a sound from the same side of the car but it was a different sound. I brought it in saying it was making a different sound, same side, same thing causes the sound. I told them this is new and didn’t start till I took it here. The guy said they will look again (still charging me) they then told me it was my strut mount. Which, I paid for a full inspection to begin with the first time why wasn’t this flagged/noticed. I was told probably because the other sound I couldn’t hear it. I was told it would be 1400 bucks to fix. They told me it took them awhile to even hear the sound. Meanwhile you can hear it even backing out of the garage.I paid for a full inspection that my car clearly wasn’t fully Inspected and paid extra for them to look at my car again to then find a new problem the wasn’t even the problem.A few days later I take it back to a new mechanic shop. I was looked after within 10 minutes in and out of the shop. They told me the backing plate was still catching. Did not even charge me for an initial inspection.

The representative I spoke with was very personable, clear, thorough, friendly and helpful! He brought me to my car to show me what was wrong with it, and explained my options very clearly. Since they only needed to remove an unnecessary piece, they weren't going to charge me at all. I was very impressed, and decided they deserved my business, so with the time left of my appointment I got them to do an oil change for me. I was very impressed with the price!! It was much lower than the place I used to take it to. This included an inspection, and as I was leaving I received a text with a link to the inspection. Each item on the list included pictures of my car. As a visual learner, all of this is immeasurably helpful for me!They really put in that extra effort at every step of the process.They have a new regular customer!

Worst experience ever! It took them 2 hours to do an oil change and during that time they lost my oil cap, and the picture you see is what they replaced it with. Now I have oil all over my engine driveway and the fabric on my underhood of my car. This is so unsafe I can't believe they did this. There's an old saying, if you can't do the job right, don't do it at all. You better believe I want this rectified.

I had a great experience coming into day & had the pleasure of talking with nethaniel k who was very informative & talked me through everything. i let him know all my concerns & he had no problem making sure all my needs were met. will be coming back!

Not to mention they passed my husband out of province inspection with honest repairs vs. What other shops wanted to charge us literally and 3k difference.Honest auto shop and my go to 10/10

They damaged my vehicle while it was in for an out of province inspection. The undercarriage was scrapped open and I didn't realize it until I got home. When I called them, they said they weren't going to do anything about it because I couldn't prove it".I get that sometimes this kind of stuff happens. We're all human. But they must have zero integrity to ruin someones new vehicle
