Tyson, Scott, Joel, Chris and the crews have always been helpful and able to provide good surveys on whatever time-crisis we've asked for. No other survey outfit in North Idaho can move as quickly when asked or provide the range of services these guys do. If you're on a budget and can wait - come here. If you need it fast and have the cash to pull their crews away from a larger project, come here!

I had a similar experience where Tyson Glahe (laid back flip flop and shorts owner) wandered out of his office to tell me they would need another 2.5 weeks to prepare a bid for a lot line adjustment. The bid came back 7 weeks later at over 10,000 dollars with surveys that were additional and not needed for my property. This was after waiting a month so I decided to stop by in person.This experience was 2 years ago and it sounds like not much has changed.Save your time and money and choose a more professional outfit that isn't on island time while he cherry picks between long lunches.

This is an update to a 1 star review. If it hadn’t of been for the poor communication regarding the time frame of the project, Glahe would be receiving a higher rating. The job was completed in about 5 1/2 months & we heard it would be 6-8 weeks. Since the time frame was not in the contract, a lot of confusion & frustration resulted. As for recommending them, I would with the caveat of being clear on how long the project should take.

Terrible customer service, I requested a quote and was told I they would provide one within 2 to 3 weeks. 5 weeks later I decided to call to get a status update And they told me they never worked up a quote and that they don't plan on it because they're too busy to get to it, and they never bothered to give me a call to let me know.

Never heard back about a quote or asked for more information.June 1st was told 2-3 weeks it's now August 3rd still nothing.

Great services, professional and honest. This world is so busy that I appreciate the honestly and quality of work shown to the customers. Keep it up!
