We got a few things there. One item needed to do an alteration. Got it bacl and was not at all impressed with the job done by the seamstress . I could have done a much better job doing it myself. Something was done that I didn't asked for and now I have to undo what was not requested. But quality of the products and customer service are both excellent. If you need alteration on your clothing, take it to a professional.

I Purchased a pair of pants that required hemming. This was done flawlessly. The seamstress knows what she is doing (it looks like original factory job). My pants were also waxed and shipped to where I live. It took only a few days. Very good service. I don't think I need to comment of excellent quality of the product that is well known. I still own their tent that was purchased over 20 years ago.

Fjallraven pants are unbeatable for outdoor adventures. I've put a pair of 'Keb' pants through their paces and have nothing but great things to say about them. I have a few other above the belt items I'm liking so far too!Locally, this is a great shop and the staff is very friendly and helpful.The company overall is very respectable too, they are very environmentally conscious, while still making very durable clothing. I was originally drawn into buying pants based on a few recommendations from friends, but was sold when I learned about the in-store repair service and how that reduces unnecessary waste.
