My experience today (May 3rd) was very positive. And, if it wasn't for the kind, thoughtful, professional clerk I had help me today, I would have been stuck in a perpetual 'Groundhog Day' for who knows how long. But, she took charge and seemingly solved my problem. Thank you, once again.P.S. A word to the folks that visit these people for service: There is a sign posted at the all the clerk stations stating basically that abuse and foul language is not tolerated and to be patient with staff.I'm shocked they need this sign at all!Really, people?If you treat these people, or anyone for that matter with respect and are polite and courteous, they will be that to you in return.The fact that they need a sign stating what should be obvious to any civilized human being is, frankly, quite depressing.Anyway, thanks again for all the help.

Got there at 09:45 on a weekday, three minutes in line, three minutes to renew my OHIP card; just like that. Highly recommended centre.

The office has been recently renovated it used to look to be honest just bad.Looks so much better now, much cleaner than it used to.I talked to a new teller she had braids she was so pleasant and quick. Thank you :)

This is a great Service Ontario location with prompt and friendly service. If you wait to go for 30 minutes after opening time, it is the least busy. The early birds who line up 30 minutes ahead of opening time are then long gone. Since this centre is in a mall, there is lots of free parking.

Great service! I was in and out under 6 minutes for renewing my driver's license and health card. The line-up was long though. I arrived at 8:25am and I was 4th in line. By the time it opened at 9:00am, there were 35 people waiting in line. I recommend arriving as early as possible. This specific Service Ontario does not have the capability to reserve an appointment slot online.

Very high recommend the location of service Ontario for anyone live in Toronto or Etobicok:- No line up most the time- The workers doing there job too fast- The workers are expert- They are very nice and friendlyI went there to register a used vehicle under my name with new plate number, i finished everything with less than 25 minutes including the time i full the paper.There is around 5 desks all of them fast and very friendly, therefore you will not see any line up at all

When I arrived just before opening, the lineup was already about 30 deep, and I thought my morning was toast.I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly the staff we’re able to move people through. Service Ontario agents were efficient, organized and very pleasant. Definitely recommend this particular office

Always take google reviews seriously. This location doesn’t deal with health cards based on work permit. Please avoid coming here in this regard.

I also had positive experience registering a vehicle a few days ago. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and left with ownership and plates about 10 minutes later. Can't complain
