This afternoon around 16:50 I pass by there and bought one medium latte. When I opened the cover to put in sugar, actually noticed the mousse was some-like spoilage but I was thirsty still drank, ignored the little abnormal. Finally not even 2hours later, out there far away, His latte started to get me sick ! The stomach issue caused by the bad milk! trust me, I know food safety standard and coffee very well! The sign of spoilage means your milk was 40°F at least before the process of mousse! The milk(3.25% Quebec bon) box was already taken out / NOT in freezer for quite a while!! The guy in this cafe depot basically has no awareness for food safety ...or you might just don’t care…

While the drinks were good, the customer service was absolutely the worst I've ever had. Cashier left multiple times while giving the order and while trying to pay. They also pretended to speak English and insulted the customer in French to the other co-workers. They forgot the order, and didn't understand how the rewards system worked. The cashier was frowning the whole time and acted very unfriendly. There were 3 workers, but one did nothing but stare the whole time. Finally, the cashier left to go wash dishes rather than give the drinks to us and let us pay. We had to wait till they finished, because there was no communication between the co-workers to coordinate orders.

I just started working at Carrefour Angrignon. I am a London Fog fan and I have tried it at different places...but your Angrignon location has the best Barista in the area.Each morning I get amazing service from the talented Barista Nadine. She prepares the London Fog to perfection and she is one of the few Baristas that truly knows how to make a great and true London Fog. Cafe Depot,you have a great talent in Nadine. I actually buy a London Fog before each shift. I am so happy to spend my money on something that is truly made right. Nadine has the talent as a Barista and maybe she should be considered as a trainer for your brand.Thanks so much Nadine!

I may have just got the wrong person serving me. Obviously the server was not a barista and didn't have experience using the beautiful Nuovo Simonelli machine. I had to explain how to properly make an Americano, one of the most basic espresso based drinks. The drink i received was lacking flavor and strength. It is rare that a cafe makes Starbucks look good, but this place was terrible. More training obviously needed.
