Terrible customer service. My last 3 visits where canceled at the last minute. The last one was 20 minutes before my appointment. When I complained I was met with hostility, I asked to speak to an owner or someone that was actually going to take my concerns seriously they said they told me they would call back and never did. That was back in November, I also emailed them and they just straight up ignored me. I've always been polite and on time for my appointments. All I wanted was to be given the same respect but apparently that's too much to ask.It's not fair that they can cancel appointments 3 times in a row with no regards whatsoever but if we have to cancel they send you a bill. They should have more respect for their patients time and needs. I have a chipped tooth I needed address and they left me high and dry so no reason.Their excuse was about covid and people calling in sick but 3 visits in a row? that's unprofessional, and when I dared to speak up and say that's not OK they basically just ignored me. I was never rude, I didn't raise my voice or use foul language. I simply voived my concerns and ask them to have more consideration about other people's time and schedule.We have to book time away from our jobs and obligations to make it to our appointments and I think any reasonable person would be upset if they had that many appointments canceled in a row. Especially if they had immediate needs, like for say, a chipped tooth. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the work isn't bad but it's like eating at a restaurant with good for and terrible service. It's not worth it.No one deserves to be treated with such disregard for having a valid complaint. The way they seem to act is that we are all lucky to have them, and they will cancel whenever the hell they please and if you don't like it that's just too damn bad. We deserve better

This Dentistry is amazing. Since using them I am quite pleased with their service and can attest to the professional and caring mannerism of all Staff who interacted with me. Dr. Fadi is a warm gentle soul, the Dental Hygienist is very good and I must mention the Dental Tech and receptionist as well.The only thing to be aware of is that you have to pay full cost for your treatment then await reimbursement from insurance. Their service is worth the wait and in my case it is reimbursed by the following day anyway. I trust that they will keep up the good work!!!

I have been coming to Peterborough Family Dentistry for a few years now, started off as an emergency visit for a broken tooth, and has led to years of amazing professional service. Every one, from the time you enter the office is very attentive and extremely caring. The first day I walked in changed my life, before then I was a person extremely afraid of the dentist, due to a horrible and traumatizing experience years before. They were extremely understanding and didn't do anything until I was comfortable...I didn't feel a thing...here we are years later and I still feel the exact same after EVERY visit.

Staff are very kind and professional, however there has been such a turn over in both hygienists and dentists and there has been no introductions made and this distracts from the office’s mission to be family friendly. I’m very aware that things happen necessitating departures of long standing dentists, yet would expect communication to their patients and this never happened nor did introductions to new dentists and I found this disheartening and disappointing. I have always received what I consider to be professional competent care by the staff but have not always felt like I matter when there has been no communication especially when my dentist disappeared and a new one appeared with no introduction.

I spent quite a bit of time looking for a dentist in Peterborough and was recommended to this place by a friend and I couldn't be happier!As someone who gets pretty stressed at dentist visits, the atmosphere was calm and warm and they didn't push me on any additional things which was really nice as someone who doesn't have insurance!They were very thorough which made me feel more confident, and answered all of my questions and worries!My appointment got rescheduled a couple times but I'm so happy I stuck with it, definitely recommend Family Dentistry!

I have no complaints whatsoever, my appointment was on time, I felt perfectly protected in this time of COVID. I would not hesitate to recommend Peterborough Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist, and I didn't even feel the needle when the freezing was instilled! Thanks again for everything! Janet

Called in for an emergency - my tooth had chipped the night before - and was given excellent service! Was given a same-day appointment, and all the staff and Dr. Khromov were so friendly and caring. Normally I hate going to the dentist, but I left very happy. Will definitely be returning as a customer!

As usual, I enjoyed every minute - treated by the best, totally painless dentist I've had in all of my going on 86 years. Dr. Fahdi will always get my very best recommendations -- he's GREAT!! And I'd like to commend the young woman - MacKenzie - for her care & courtesy. Peterborough Family Dentistry -- THEY'RE 'A ONE' WITH ME!! Bruce Anderson - one truly happy patient!!

I always appreciate the text and phone reminders of my check up each appointment.My hygenist is personable, efficient and a great resource to keeping my teeth and gums healthy.I have been coming to this location for over 30 years.

I have been starting to come here recently. I have had both amazing hygienists and dentists. The staff are absolutely amazing, and are happy to answer questions if you have them and inform you what they're doing and why! It has been amazing. I will continue to go here for the service and the people
