Clean store, very bright relaxing concept. The pharmacist/owner - Vishal is an excellent resource for anyone that needs help managing anything from diabetes to anti-coagulation. You can tell he really enjoys teaching people about how to better manage their health. I have had nothing but positive experiences each time I need to visit this pharmacy. Always greeted with a polite warm welcome. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and offer really helpful advice!

I switched over to Lancaster Wellness for all my pharmaceutical and wellness needs after one visit there. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly - willing to spend time and help explain everything. Not your average pharmacy - these guys are so much more. Highly recommended.

The staff and pharmacist here are amazing. They are able to compound the medication that stops the pain when you get a bladder infection that is no longer available through a regular pharmacy. They are caring, helpful, sympathetic, and do their best to help right away. They even deliver.

Vishal is really friendly, personable and knowledgeable! He even remembers me by name which is so nice! We are always welcomed with a greeting and smile and he knows his stuff! Best pharmacy we have ever been to. We have only been in Waterloo for just under 1 year and so happy we have found this place!We would both highly recommend this place!
