Such a nice environment. The staff are always grinding to get new product on the floor for customers. Always a huge selection. Staff are sooo friendly and accommodating so some of these reviews are complete bs.

I completely disagree with the reviews posted on here. I honestly am not sure what kind of service the others are receiving but every single time I come in I am left impressed. The girls working are always fast, friendly and working hard. The store is clean, welcoming and the selection is great. I genuinely love this place.

Always have a horrible experience. Waited 3 hours. Took in a giant box with brand name clothes like lulu and garage and American eagle that were gently used, and they took not a single item due to out of style. Yet when I look around, the clothes in there were pilled and old. I don’t get it. Will be using Facebook market place or donating them. Not worth the time.

Staff is extremely unhelpful and too busy filming tiktoks to help you with a change room or ring up your items. I paid $20 for a dress with a button missing and it was ripped.. that’s on me for not noticing and luckily it’s easily fixable, but I honestly will never shop here again. I can find better, brand new stuff for the same price if not less, else where.

My wife took some stuff there to sell and they bought a few pieces however when we got home a Dress was missing and they said they couldn’t find it and followed up once and never followed up after. It’s been a year and they don’t care. It practically worthless might as well just drop your stuff off at goodwill next door with a good heart than get robbed by a cash grab business. Looking forward to the “sorry about it and contact us email” . No need for response just run an honest business !

Joke of an establishment. You can't bring this, can't do that. Why not donate the clothes instead of giving them back to us. You make enough money off or us. Also, big ups the the young girls up front that destroyed our bags and gave the clothes back to us so we had to deal with clothes everywhere while we scrambled to find a place to donate the clothes. You get no money which is what ever. They don't rush on your clothes so I'd recommend donating over going to them. Give it to people that actually need it. Would NOT recommend and they lost my business

Exhausting. Do not bother bringing your clothes here. I have come numerous times with clothes that fit the teen" look of being casual

When my wife gave birth in the store the girls were more than helpful in delivering my baby boy into the world. In honour of them we named him Plato and he would go on to become one of the most recognizable Greek philosophers of all time. Thank you Plato’s Closet - Calgary Northwest and God bless!

Do not shop here. All of the clothes are secondhand fast fashion (Shein, Fashion nova, etc.). This store is extremely unorganized and the workers are incredibly rude. The employees are 16-18 year olds that give you attitude at literally anything you say. They are apathetic, do not even care about the customers, and have no manners - do their parents even teach them manners? They love to gossip with each other and stand behind the till in groups of 5. Literally shop at any other the other location.
