They have changed there management and has improved a lot, I got an otter box case they gave me a better price and also gave a free screen protector. nice service I hesitated to go in when I saw the reviews but I was in the mall but then I understood they have better service nw and I asked them did anything change thats when they told me that they are under new management which made that difference good service loved it.

Got a brand new otter box and screen Protector for mobile care. Very much satisfied with the service..Seems having the lowest prices cases in the Cambridge mall..With a lot of collections.

This is a HORRIBLE company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! I bought a screen cover from them and it cracked almost in half within a couple of hours. I went back and asked to speak to the owner who called me and left a number he can never be reached at. When I was speaking to the man that worked there and told him that my phone did not drop or get bumped in the past hour, he told me he didn't believe me and then he told me that the glass was not broken when I brought it in, it happened when he tried to remove it. He was basically calling me a liar to my face while others were standing around because he didn't want to take responsibility for his faulty product. They gave me a new one and 2 days later it is chipped again and coming away from the phone. Horrible quality product and nobody is bothering to contact me back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! It wouldn't let me post without choosing a star, but this company doesn't even deserve one star.

Keep away !!!!I took my phone there to have the screen replaced, when I had it back, it wasn't working properly, could not send or receive texts, and a few other issues.I took the phone back the following morning, the guy had it for two hours, his opinion was it was a software glitch and didn't happen when he fixed the screen, oh yes it didThen his answer was oh I have phones you could purchase, so after spending nearly $200 I went tSomewhere else and bought a new phone and pay for that too, so $200 down which I could not afford and extra money to purchase another phoneBeyond mad about this!!!I

Went in and had a screen protector put on my phone. It lasted only a few days and started to come off. Horrible customer service when I had called in to talk about the job done.

Absolutely terrible company. I was told by the guys at Best Buy Mobile in the mall to go to Kool Kovers to have my phone unlocked. The guy working told me it would be 1-6 hours and to give him a call. I have done this before with a similar company out of Brantford and that worked fine.After about 3 hours I decided to call and just see if it was early. No dice. So the guy told me it would be the full 6 hours. I called back at what would have been 7 hours and was told they would call me before closing and text the unlock code to me.I waited until 8:45pm and decided to call them again to find out what was going on. They didn't answer and no one has gotten in contact with me.Terrible company. Stay away from this place and their crap employees

Yeah. Been waiting to get my phone unlocked for a long time. They charged me way too much money for no results. It's been 3 days and nothing yet. I want my money back. Absolutely horrible service and I'm surprised they're still in business. DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely terrible in every way.

I went to have a phone unlocked on a Sunday. They told me it would be ready in 24 hours. It's now Wednesday and not one call. I even called them Tuesday and they told me it was still processing" someone would call me when it's ready. Still waiting!! I want my money back! Stay away from these scammers!"

Never had a problem with any of my phones bought from this place, I bought a brand new LG Stylo 3 from this place as well as a pre-owned Samsung A5 , and it's been a breeze with zero issues. The screen protectors are very durable and he was willing to work on it again after discovering air bubbles via callback/coming back to the store. For a private company, the prices are fair and reasonably established whereas Telus, Best Buy mobile, Fido, etc. trap you with contracts and fine print. As long as you understand the market and read into what the phone actually has (storage, processor, image quality, etc.), I don't see why any issues should come up. Very good selection of phone cases for an understandable price.

I got two glass screen protectors for my cells S9+ and S20+ from Kool Koovers and one (S9+) kept coming off the screen for some manufacturers defect. He replaced for me for three times free of cost and even when my S20+ screen protector came off he replaced that for me for free but with one of higher price and quality. Great customer service.
