Do not order. The pizza is soggy and I asked for no olives (I am allergic) there was massive amounts on my pizza and when I called the person I spoke to who said he was the OWNER said it's not his fault he didn't see the NO OLIVES and to top it off said HE DID NOT CARE.Now they are dizzy dialing me and hanging up because I didn't like their service. WOW. crazy

I've been ordering Sarpino's pizza for quite a while from the same location on Quadra St. Pizza was always great and I put all good reviews for you. Yesterday I ordered pizza for our family dinner. I opened my boxes at home and was shocked how small, flat and pitiful my pizzas looked. I called you back but the guy started arguing and I just dropped my call. My family dinner was ruined!!!

This used to be my favourite place to order pizza; they have excellent deals and the food was always great. The last 3 times we ordered the pizza took 2 hours. Tonight we decided to give them another chance, after calling after an hour and being assured the pizza was on its way and would be hot we figured they were just busy. A half an hour later they called back and confessed our order had been missed but they could still fill the order and give us a discount. We declined and ordered Dominos who delivered within a half hour. By then we were so hungry anything would do. This location has serious staffing issues; it’s too bad. We won’t be ordering from them again.

My order was cancelled by them though I had prepayed.I phoned and got nothing but annoyed questions back. After 5 minutes trying to reorder and deal with their rude behavior, I hung up.

Upon delivery, the driver shamed us for the tip or lack there of due to a known website bug" that we had no idea about. Then it turns out one of the pizzas was wrong. Called back to let them know they didn't offer a refund. Told us we could come and get a replacement at 9:00pm at night three hours after the initial order. Not that they would deliver a replacement

great pizzahard to get the deals online they advertise - you always got a medium with two toppings for 7.99 if you picked up. Magically - about a year ago it is only a small when you go to pick up. And the front of the store is now filthy. It wasn't before. So I don't know what's going on.

Ordered delivery and it tasted great. Large classic Italian came to approximately 25$. Toppings were fresh and generous, crust was delicious and sauce nice and tangy. Would definitely order here again when looking for an American style pizza at a good price.

Ordered Donair Pizza. Menu mentioned garlic sauce on the side. No was provided. Minimal amount of Donair meat. No sweet Donair sauce. Very plain flavourless pizza overall.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered delivery, 2 large pizzas. When they brought them one order was completely wrong and one had ingredients not listed. When I called asking for a replacement of the completely wrong pizza, I was told I could wait until 9pm for a new delivery or I could come pick up a replacement pizza. They couldn’t give me a refund on the wrong pizza and if I didn’t want the 9pm pizza or to come pick up a pizza there was nothing they could do. When I indicated my surprise at these options they hung up the phone after putting me on hold.Will never order from them again.
