M. Osborne, the Service Tech. that worked on my bike did a great job of finding my problems, answering all of my question, and did it quickly. Wow. Great to meet him and have him work on my bike.

Velofix is the best thing to happen to electric bikes and the people who own them. The pros bring the shop right to you and for the same price it would've cost me to haul everything to the local bike shop. I will always use velofix for the convenience and a job well done. You should too!

We were very pleased with the work that Mike did on both of our e-bikes. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He explained what needed to be done with my husband's bike which needed some work. He checked everything on both bikes, made the appropriate adjustments and test rode them to make sure that everything was functioning properly. We will definitely be using Velofix Detroit again in the future.

This was my 3rd Velofix Service.And as the 2 before, Service was perfect. Mike knows what he is doing.He is on-time, fast and precise. Has a lot of knowledge which he shares too.Very valuable.I highly recommend him.

Had a service call today with Micheal from Velofix. Great experience from making the appointment to shaking hands with Mike when he left. He was on time, professional, gave great biking advice and the charge was very reasonable. Love the at-home service.
