Best Western Plus Service Inn & Suites

After a whirl wind of a day and delays picking up a puppy at the border a last minute decision was made to stay in Lethbridge. We went into a couple hotels as we required a late check out due to having work meetings scheduled the following day, when we arrived Dameon at the front desk was polite and very helpful, knowing we required the late check out they put us in a room that no one reserved the following day to increase our chances of being able to check out late, they were a pleasure to deal with.Of course, I had to get up a couple times with the puppy during the night and every time I went down to take the puppy to pee, Catrina was there with a smiling face, my last morning encounter was requesting the late check out which a little later than a normal late check out, she did not hesitate to help us out and meet our request.The rooms were clean and comfortable, my husband and I were both able to work using the hotel wifi and attend zoom calls with out glitches, our puppy was playful and happy (who peacefully slept too) and we were able to check out late.A wonderful experience! We are very thankful to the staff for understanding our situation and going above the normal protocol to help us out.(And a picture of our pup for Dameon because they were sad we would arrive with her after their shift was over)

Room was nice and people were friendly but we were charged a $200 damage deposit to sya overnght for 01 hrs and after 5 days it still has not been credited back to my account !!!

Hotel was not terrible. Check in staff was exceptional. The pool was a death trap. They put epoxy floor in there and it is almost worse than walking on ice. I watched kids falling left and right even just walking. The showers took 5 mins to get warm all I could think about was wasting all that water. The tv in the room did not work. All in all I would try another hotel as the pool was for my kids and I don't want my kids slipping and falling and splitting their head open.

Love this hotel , I stay every time I come into Lethbridge. The staff is always lovely and accommodating

The hotel itself is nice, beds are great and staff are friendly. However if you are interested in actually sleeping, you are better off staying in your vehicle. The hotel was full of hockey teams who ran up and down the hallways yelling and banging doors. The staff did come and knock on doors but it did not help. We were moved to a higher floor for next night which was supposed to be quieter. It was just as bad. All we received was we are sorry have a nice drive home. A heads up on check in would have been appreciated. We will not be staying there again.

We booked our room at the busy long weekend.I want to give a huge shout out to Maria at the reception.She was not only friendly but the way she went above and beyond to make sure everything is smooth for us. We had a great time also rooms are clean, privacy maintained and good hot breakfast.we will surely come back again.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was quiet and the breakfast was good. When we noted the beds were uncomfortable,they didn’t charge us for our laundry to make up for it which was also nice.I am very disappointed however that I called the next day to indicate I had left a necklace on the bathroom counter. I left a description and the manager called me back saying she had looked and that she didn’t have a description. I gave her a description and asked that she please look as I would be going through Lethbridge again on July 31. I never received a call. I called the number - both front desk and manager when driving back through and no one answered. I am extremely disappointed by this lack of responsiveness.

David at the front desk is amazing! I needed a room for right away for a whole week and he went above and beyond to get me booked in. I definitely recommend any businesses to join this hotel for all your needs. The Corporate program is awesome and I am very happy that I called. Thank you again David!
