I've known Jamie for some time now, and I'd say he's a man of good character. I see there is a one star review here, and he told me the story about one certain customer who didn't understand why something was done and was unhappy about it. Jamie went above and beyond trying to make him happy with the job, to no avail and he still isn't sure if this review is from that guy or his friend or a random person.As a small business owner myself, I can certainly relate to trying to make someone happy who has already made up their mind that you've done wrong, and nothing you can do or say will satisfy them, even giving a full refund. Sometimes it happens and it's unfortunate when they go so far as to leave a public negative review like this.I'd say if you have any doubts about Jamie and CageCon, you should talk to his other customers. They'll tell you a much better story, I guarantee it, and that's proof you can't argue with.

We have had Jamie do a couple jobs for us at our business. He was very courteous and professional. He got the job done fast and safely, meeting all of our requirements. His price was very reasonable and has some amazing coverage on the services he has provided. We will definitely be looking at him for any future work we may need done in the future.
