Did not offer any written contract.Offre qu'un entente verbale qu'il ne respecte pas.Verbally stated that all was included, later reverses his statement.Sans avis ,il negocie avec l'acheteur pour apporter des changements.Without notice, he negotiates with the byer and changes the agreement.Il n'accorde pas de suivi a ses dossiers, 3 mois d'attente inutile.He does does no follow-up of his files, 3 months of delay.N'offre aucun contact personnel et ne se presente pas a la signature finale comme prescrit.Did not attend the final signature as prescribed.

Took 6 months & they didn't even mark the land as I had asked. Nor did they explain why not... after several requests? Poor communication.

I would have avoided all contact with this business if I had known... We had 2 dealings with them before we decided to cut them loose, and both ended miserably.First, we ask for a quote, they send us a quote, we never confirm the work, they do the work anyway (during which they also cause some minor damage on my neighbour's property), and they send us a bill... Luckily they canceled it right away when we said we never confirmed the work to be done.Then we decide to give them another chance, thinking admin errors happen, whatever. We hire them for a land survey, book a day and time, confirm 2 days in advance and they ask us to be there. I take a day off work and wait all day for nobody to show up. When we call them, they tell us they had to reschedule because they were busy. No communication, nothing.Their quotes compared favourably to others but nothing is worth this level of incompetence.

Very unprofessional and unresponsive to requests. Tell you they will call back and don't on several occasions. Can't find important files. Make promises and don't keep them. I don't understand how they are still in business if they treat all customers like we were treated.
