Called Bruce at Mad Cat Electric to come and troubleshoot some electrical lines that were not working at our cottage. He came out at time we agreed upon and by the end of that day his crew were at our place. They found the problem to be wires that mice had chewed on and and some other loose connections. By the end of day everything was working again. The crew cleaned up after themselves. Super happy with these guys and would highly recommend them

Bruce and his team installed a generac generator and transfer switch at our cottage. I was really impressed with the level of service. Due to higher than usual demand and supply chain constraints, most generac generators were on back order, but Bruce was really diligent about keeping us in the loop with respect to the timeline, and was really proactive about prepping the site prior to delivery of the equipment. It's been a year and everything is working seamlessly. I really can't find any fault with his service. Price was reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

We are so pleased with the work done by Bruce and his crew at Mad-Cat Electric Co. Inc. Everything was done in a timely manner and exactly the way Bruce said it would be done. We were not at our property when his crew was working and when we returned the work was all done and our property was exactly as we had left it - except for the improvements Mad-Cat Electric made, of course! They moved our Hydro box and ran lines underground to our cottage and shed. It took us a while to figure out where they had been digging - that's how neatly the work was done! This is one professional company!

Shout out to mad cat. Our generator quit n mad cat was just driving by n saw the red light flashing. He cleared the trouble code, reset it and got us working again! My guardian angel drove by! He didn't have to stop.

A storm caused damage and a power outage at our cottage on the Labour day long weekend. Bruce arrived as promised within 40 minutes on Friday evening to restore power temporarily for us and our guests. He returned at 7 am Saturday morning to complete repairs and dropped off a jar of home made salsa. Bruce is a complete pro and his wife's salsa was off the hook!

Bruce operates with a well-seasoned and professional crew. Mad-Cat laid in electrical on our new home on a completely undeveloped lot. They were extremely helpful in navigating with Hydro-One for the hookups, suggested thoughtful and cost efficient ways to develop service throughout our home and garage, as well as installing our generator solution. The best part of Mad-Cat's service is that they handle associated support work such as trenching, generator pads, they even laid down gas line and bell lines for us. I used to build data centers, so I know what good electrical work looks like, Mad-Cat is an exceptionally provider.
